Honestly, if American's thought us in the UK growing up on a show that is basically child abuse (Horrid Henry) was bad, wait until they see Grizzly Tales For Gruesome Kids.
#granted unlike horrid henry you at least know from the title alone what the fuck grizzly tales is#its basically goosebumps but like...actually pretty fucked up alot of the time#like some episodes the kids are killed and turned into shit like food or drinks#one has a girl literally eaten alive in her bath and her skeleton is left behind#and one episode that scarred the shit out of me as a kid was a girl who keeps faking ill to get off school#until a doctor gives her a lobotomy basically and suddenly shes fine and going to school and shit#like at least she survievd but kid me got scarred
