Charles maybe errs on the side of too loyal #like I wonder if his crew could be more efficient with some personnel shuffles #also the way he's so quick to protect his crew and take responsibility #so sometimes I'm like.... could it be MORE efficient if they moved some people around....#but it's undeniable that they love him and he loves them #and I think he prefers working with people he actually likes vs people who simply see him as just a driver for the team they all work for #u know???#so I'm a fan of his garage for many reasons but in large part bc Charles is obviously a fan of his garage #ferrari crew #elle asks
