wrote this at 3am woke up thirty minutes ago forcing myself not to edit it so it stays in its pristine 3am state. anyway felix trying his best to confront his trauma directly after becoming so scared by the way he and dorothy act in RR (hehe) and also exploring his gender and sexuality through his first relationship with a woman (also they are both bisexual. hehe). i cheered. anyway who said all that

silly writer (me) gets hit with sudden idea for an opening line

#I’m trying out a new vibe of writing where not everything I write has to be tethered to it’s own story or project #this might be short story might be a novella might be a series of vignettes I write out in notes that has no plot or arc #like felix was going to be a pov character in lover boy so this is just me still wanting to explore what I wanted to write for his arc #and all of this is still present in lover boy it’s just like. I cant explore everything the same way through beaus pov #(altho lover boy is MUCH better in only beaus pov lol. lover boy felix isn’t a great narrator hence why he just gets this)#like Felix still hs a gf in the start of lover boy but here I can explore it deeper without it playing parallel to beaulix #girlfriend does not have a name atm im stuck between two. they both feel perfect bare with me #anyway I love lover boy era felix so much hes sooo whimsical and happy in a way that makes him so fragile #I also feel like he’d be so boring as a narrator but we’ll see LOL #I think I’ll just play with whatever this is parallel to lover boy #a chance to experiment and play with prose and figure out how to write felix better bc he’s Very different in lover boy #anyway #Will i title this??? who knows. originally the first line was a slow baptism #and I thought abt playing with that #to me this is just lover boy extra content but also lover boy is beaus things. felix isn’t a lover boy SORRY #lover boy #also if you see me write more like this. no project just playing with different characters pov because I can #yes you did i think this’ll be rly fun #also RR lore if you read this far. there is a felix and dorothy ‘baptism’ scene near the end #part of the emotional climax etc #happens in a strangers swimming pool #can’t say anything else bc i don’t really know what it looks like except the aftermath LOL #so this grows on that
