i remember seeing "uh oh guys, i don't think the atla adaptation is going to be that good" comments like every few months or so, but really it should have been clear it was going to be bad at it's inception. like some things DO work better in animation. 95% of the content in atla works better in animation specifically. and now that it's come out, it does look..... even worse than expected actually. like i knew it was gonna be BAD, but not shot-entirely-in-front-of-a-green-screen bad
