I've been working on some new and improved Zipper Project Bags today! Which is a good job because it is absolutely pouring down outside. Just added some ribbon to another Kinchaku project bag and I think it's time for a tea break. I have a new obsession with rooibos tea - I always thought I wouldn't like it but it turns out I love it!! Teabag in, I like a strong brew. Which is your favourite?? So I've been playing around with different notions pouch styles for the last week or so! The square and semi circle ones are fairly standard. Fairly straightforward to make and I like them but thought they were a bit - meh! So I had a go at the box shaped pouch today (top right) and I think I love it. It's literally hit me in the last 24 hours how little time left there is before Christmas!! I've been so excited about Christmas but really feel like it's crept up so quickly!! There will be a few new makes next week before I have to put away my sewing machine until the New Year! I also have quite a few Christmas gifts I really need to get a wiggle on and finish! My biggest baby is off school sick and I'm feeling a bit peaky myself. So we're having an unplanned day of watching films (and I'm knitting).
