When you suddenly realise...

At 2:55am... that you're still in love and totally not over your most recent ex!!! Even though you split up nearly 2yrs a go :( I am in floods of tears as I write this (but as I'm alone in bed with no one else to talk to)... I've just found myself googling about my ex (creepy I know) as she no longer seems to be on Facebook... that or she's blocked me, can you block on Facebook? And then uncontrollably I blerted out..."I miss my chloe" as I look at what would be her side of the bed (being in a double bed I still havnt slept on 'her side' since I moved back to England when we broke up)... I hope she some how finds this and realises how much she affected my life

Find it so hard to be totally content and happy in a world that is so fucked in so many ways. I feel bad for trying not to think about it because I want to try and stay sane but what else can I do apart from help in the minimal ways I can. Today I saw a man offer food to a genuinely hungry woman who I'd previously refused money .. My conscience is fucked, not going to sleep well tonight.
