If anyone was looking from the outside, they’d most definitely think that it was GRIEVOUS who was being locked up and interrogated. But no -- in reality, the very PLUCKY SENATOR was just getting under what little skin he had left. Distracting him from his GOAL. I’ve had this in my drafts and I’ve been chipping away at it for EVER now and I think I’ve finally got a grasp on what I’m trying to say. WILL IT BE COHERENT? We just don’t know. I’m a professional babbler.  

                  ANWAYS, LETS TALK ABOUT THE DARK SIDE OF THE COSMIC SMOL!!

I always believed that Ezra is the purest form a True Neutral. She is an even split between good and evil, but it’s what she chooses to ACT on that defines her. I could delve deep into theology, ethics, morality and whatnot but we’d be here all day otherwise so I’m gonna try to keep this as bare bones as possible. 

Though she was neglected growing up, she also had a support system. She had her sister and the angels to watch over her, she had GOOD influences as well as bad. Because of her nature, she will always strive for goodness in the beginning, no matter what form she takes. It’s what life throws her way that tends to make or break her, its her brain chemistry, it’s a great number of things. She’s had past incarnations that have done vile, terrible things that have lead to her death.

If she didn’t have Anya, if her nanny’s were not angels, if her current life lacked the goodness that was given, she would have turned out VASTLY different. She would have been hardened and cruel, and the attack on her spirit when she grew up would have been her tipping point. Where she chooses to FLEE the city in attempt to protect the innocent people that live there, she would have torn it apart in fury. She would have hunted the whole world to find her moonstone so she could hone her powers and take her revenge on those that hurt her. She would pick a fights with God and the Devil in equal measure. 

That part of her still exists too and she fights to remain balanced when she’s in certain situations. She hasn’t forgiven her parents for their treatment of she and her sister and she longs to make them suffer for what they’ve done. She refuses to forgive the demons that tore her apart and wants to hunt them down. And a part of her is angry at God for allowing her to endure the agony she did.

The scale she’s on is a precarious one, because sliding too far either way could land her into trouble. Should she delve too far in the LIGHT, she might become dangerously arrogant ( she’d probs take over the universe and rule as their goddess ) if she tipped towards the DARK, she would quite literally be the end of all life in existence. 

Because she was crafted with freewill along with the rest of creation, she is more than capable of making terrible choices and doing terrible things. She was as much to blame for the fall of Eden as Eve was. She trailed willingly after Lucifer and told him her secrets, he did not force her to. I think that’s something that truly frightens her as well; the fact that she is fully aware of what she could do. It keeps her humble, it keeps her grounded.

“Senator Amidala,” Asajj walked past the guards posted at the Senator’s door with an easy GRACE. She held herself up high, the line of her back straight even as she showed her a RESPECTFUL bow. “I am General Ventress. The Council has asked me to accompany you on your trip, as an extra precaution.” Though it bothered her to be leaving the front lines for the sake of a diplomatic mission, it’s not like she had much of a CHOICE in the matter. But bitter as she was she wasn’t quick to outwardly refuse the Council’s request.

                    He’s LATE. He knows he is. Promised at seven, and now it’s... He doesn’t know exactly the time, but he knows it’s not seven. His robes are slightly torn and there’s evidence of a cut lip, very minor, but he grips a bouquet of rather rustled-looking flowers as he leaps off his speeder upon the small deck upon Padme’s senatorial suite. He enters slowly with his best ‘I know I did something wrong’ smile, lifting the flowers half-heartedly.
