i think maybe way too much about how useless Ch'en base skill is

there's literally only 3 operators in the LGD, and it's herself, Hoshiguma and Swire. yes, Ch'en alter is affiled with Rhodes Island, and Swire alter is affiliated with Lungmen

as for our three LGD operators, Ch'en's only Control Center skill is this one, her other skill is in the Reception Room. Hoshiguma has no skill in the Control Center, she only has a Training Room skill, and Swire has one skill in the Control Center, that doesn't even affect the moral of operators

i guess you could slap all three in the Control Center for a marvelous increase of +0.15 morale/hour, and that'll be the only effect they'll have with the +7 order efficiency from Swire

First of all, we know that we’ve been silent for a while, and we’re sorry about that, but it’s because we’ve been doing some work behind the scenes and found a new publishing partner that will help us bring Long Gone Days to all of you! This means we’ll be able to do some exciting things we couldn’t achieve on our own.

There will be an official announcement with our new partner soon and we’ll share more details regarding what it will mean for Long Gone Days and its full release.

Rest assured that the game is in good hands (we wouldn’t have signed with a publisher if it wasn’t one we really liked and trusted) and we can’t wait to tell you about all the things we’ve been working on.

On another note, we’ve improved several things in the game, including a lot of things our players have been asking for.

Among these things, we can confirm that achievements will be available in the game along with the full release. There’s a lot of them, so we hope you enjoy unlocking them all!

One of the most asked features was to be able to compare the stats between the items you have equipped and the ones in your inventory, so we finally added that.

We also revamped the battle system. Besides having a visible battle queue, you can now see which status effects have been applied to enemies, so you can plan your next move accordingly. Oh, and we also added a lot of new art for battles!

On top of that, we polished the art of several maps, as well as some portraits, and we added some new scenes in between!

Besides that, a lot of players wanted to be able to see their character actually running when the sprint key is being pressed. So we finally added that.

And lastly, we gave each major character a different voice pitch during dialogues!

Tex: powerful, large, extremely active, and will play rough and assert dominance and test boundaries. got a healthy dose of "chill, total doofus" in her, too. the kinda dog some moron (i'm not talking about the director nooooo /s) gets as a guard dog, not realizing she's less made to be singlemindedly, territorially dedicated to one person and one place and more to - despite being very loyal and affectionate to her people - not be tied down to them, needing the thrill of running and chasing and catching prey. the kinda dog some asshole gets for bite sports and his ego, not realizing one day she'll get fed up with his chains and shock-collars and cesar milan-ass "training" and play bite-sports with his organs (<- me being extremely Normal about tex getting bloody revenge). i was caught between cane corso for the looks and dogo argentino for the historical purpose of hunting and catching large game, so let's say a mix of them.

Officially Translated Rhodes Island's Records of Originium: Rhine Lab: (Offical Website)

A canon manhua centered around the circumstances that lead to Silence falling out with Saria and joining Rhodes Island with Ifrit, as well as Ifrit's attempt to save a dying infected stowaway on the landship. Essential reading for understanding the Rhine Lab storyline and characters - read it right after Mansfield! One of the characters, Darya, is mentioned in both Ifrit's module and briefly in Lone Trail.

Rhodes Island's Records of Originium: Blacksteel: (Official Source)

A short story focusing on the lives of the Blacksteel operators aboard the landship. While it often gets overshadowed by the Rhine Lab manga which is bigger in scope, this is a great read especially if you're interested in Franka or Liskarm.

Rhodes Kitchen -TIDBITS-: (Official Source)

An anthology story related to the cuisine that's important to a variety of operators. While it might seem unassuming, the art is gorgeous and it's really well-written. I particularly recommend the Goldenglow (Chapter 4) and Rosa (Chapter 5) chapters.

Note that the link provided only has complete translations up to Volume 4 (and Vol. 4 is missing Ch. 7), and most of the chapters avaliable after that point were MTL'd, so I can't vouch for their accuracy. size/weight/how it’s raised does. also 50% of “pitbulls” are mislabeled through the news, it’s basic fearmongering and deflection. they’re literally bred to fight because of stereotypes about them being fight dogs

I don't think pitbulls are quote unquote aggressive, but I assume they're somewhat more likely to attack children unprovoked. There are also fatalities on small children by jack russel terriers, bull terriers, and lakeland terriers- pitbulls also belong to the terrier group. These are hunting dogs characterized by very high prey drives and gameness.

Note I've only been looking at fatal attacks. Dogs of all breeds bite people all the time non-lethally, the breeds that make up the majority of fatal attacks are usually powerful (also including rottweilers, mastiffs, lgds, and german shepherds.) A german shepherd that decides to attack me is more likely to seriously injure or kill me than a golden retriever that decides to attack me. A bite from an american pitbull terrier is almost definitely going to be worse than a bite from a standard poodle.

I'm sure some pitbulls are mislabeled, I did see at least one attack describing a pitbull that weighed over 100 pounds and uh. yeah that ain't no pitbull, they are not that big.

had a really long blogpost (basically a 'look at all the things you did this year you didnt waste it' thing thus the above lists) but i think i'll just keep it to my notion notes lest this post becomes a traumadumping ground ecks dee tl;dr failed a Very Important (to me) Thing early 2022 that kind of shattered any crumb of self-esteem i had and made me question everything i did onwards (especially in regards to doujin stuff) and then basically physical health issues affecting mental health and vice versa which is fun but fuck it we ball.....(try)

Long Gone Days - Adair

Long Gone Days is such a good game and Adair is such a vibe✨ (so is the rest of the gang but Adair has an easily become an all time fav character). The amount of love and care put into LGD is amazing and just so obvious throughout the entire play gameplay. And the fact that it was created/programmed by a small team of 3 is mind blowing to me 🤯 If y’all are into RPGs with amazing storytelling and compelling characters, I highly recommend checking out Long Gone Days! I’ll be streaming my second play-through on my Twitch channel sometime soon too!

Been playing LGD recently (and shaking it wildly in front of my friends as they experience it with me) and it's such a good game with good art! The characters as well I am squishing them all I love them!

I was thinking of comm'ing art to "celebrate" having nearly finished the game. I was wondering whether there's any policies or anything regarding whether we'd be allowed to refer to/use stuff from the game for if we wanted to commission others for art, specifically stuff like "can you draw my oc in Lynn's clothes" or "can you draw me in The Core's train"? Wanted to ask before jumping straight to doing anything. Can't wait to finish the game when I have time!
