Aadesh- Aadesh sees René and recognizes them from doing work for their dad. René isn't a threat due to their age and having less experience, but like mind sees like mind. Con artist sees con artist. Both of them have their game and both of them acknowledge each other. But neither rats the other out. Thats bad business~.

Galen: Xiáng is so so curious abour Galen and is sitting here like "Is this friend material??? ○v●". Meanwhile, Galen is.... tired... of seeing Xiáng in the Heartslabyul common area. Its only a matter of time until Riddle spots Xiáng breaking a rule and he wants NOTHING to do with it.

Levi: Emil and Levi??? Nerds nerding about folklore, history, and older languages. They didn't start as study buddies. But Enil extroverted and reached out and asked abour Levi and now they both are hanging and sharing cultural differences with each other.

No Yandere Simulator AU~

Honestly love the concept, both just @quartztwst 's spin on everything, but also opening it up to folks to throw their OCs at. Figured I'd do mine, and let them...get a lil crazy

No Yandere? Not if you know how to spin your words and not get caught. Albert has his eyes set on Azul, but knows well enough to wait for the fish to bite before reeling him in. But in doing so, he also has an eye out for any that might want to hurt him. About as observant as any other NPC, when you engage him in dialogue, you can glean information from him about Azul, his habits, schedule, everything. But: end up using that information against Azul? Now You're a bother.

Equipment: - Umbrella - Good for keeping one dry in the rain, useful as a cane when sunny, moisture-wicking, to not leave any evidence. - Pocket Watch - when he's watching out for you, be sure to be extra vigilant; if you hear ticking, you may be a lot more exposed than you think. - Journal - Full of information on Azul, just waiting to be exploited. Some of the details are more of a mystery as to how he came to find them...

On the Opposing end of the spectrum, Levi might have already beat Yuu to The Deed if people weren't naturally suspicious of him. He makes no secret his dislike for Azul, so Yuu is in good company. Boosting his stats will grant you a number of randomized aids on your playthrough.

Equipment: - Pliers - Good for tightening bolts, clipping wire, breaking fingers... - Bag - plenty of space for you to safely deposit a weapon to leave less evidence. - Fizzy Liquid - plastic water bottle labeled 'Science Club'. He has no idea what it is or what it does, but it heats up when agitated, and the plastic looks like its partially dissolved.

Iago's Paradise by @natsukishinomiyaswife is a neat summer idea, and with August coming around, I figure it'd be a neat way to give Levi his first card UvU The idea of him having authority is only gonna want to make him plan and train more for when he (eventually) tries going for the Dorm Leader title. Albert prefers wearing chelsea boots, both to wear his trousers more tailored and so-in doing so-he doesn't have to worry about having any attention called to the one 'imperfect' thing of his wardrobe: the mismatched socks.

Pre-TW, Eu never actually got the chance to wear more 'feminine' clothing on a daily. Since coming here, they have been able to somewhat start 'fresh' and experiment in their personal style.

Headcanon that mero/merfolk run at a lower body temperature, but Tidus, along with his size, is an outlier in that he runs somewhat hot. A sheet is about all he needs at night, if that.

Of the languages he's dabbling in, the TWST equivalent of Swedish and Japanese are the ones he likes the 'sound' of most.

It's been a couple of years since he's seen his childhood, Arnoldo. While he wonders what all he's been up to, there's part of thinking about him he can't help his stomach doing nauseous flips.

Looking at his profile, you'll see one of his likes, alongside poetry, is 'soft textures'. For as long as he's worn hand coverings, he's grown a longing to feel such textures under his hand again. For as much as he hates those damned flamingos, he still won't take the gloves off in fear of what could happen.

He's not jealous of Jonathan Eastwind. He isn't. Mr Khan trusts Aadesh with only the most important reconnaissance; sends him out on the most fruitful of hunts for information. He isn't jealous that Jon is able to stand and sit at Mr Khan's side and be trusted with his most intimate secrets and under-breath mutterings. (very heavy /s )

If there's one thing he's done that might have been a net benefit for the world, or at least in his immediate vicinity, was building enough wealth to hire lawyers and lobbyists. Said team took a sledgehammer to a lot of the hurdles keeping more impoverished patients from seeking legal action against a hospital, should they need to be brought to court over malpractice.

Dis Post Vants to Suck Your Blood!

The Monstro Lounge draws eyes and attention for various reasons, be it the experience relayed by those who get in, and the prestige assumed one gains for finally gaining access to its doors. That prestige, though, only's granted if you past the scrutiny of its Bouncer.

Sitting under pale bangs and contrastingly sun-kissed skin, Levi is more likely to glare up at you with those burning red eyes. How anyone would normally be intimidated by him was anyone's guess, but then again, there were just as many stories from The Inside as there was recounts of what happened Outside. Most tended to go with more amicable means of getting past: dressing to impress, flash a little cash, or insist that their entry is more a favor to him with the amount of importance he'd be letting in.

You thought the short-stack was just good at calling a bluff. He didn't let you get far past pushing your way around him. Those forearms bulging from his rolled sleeves suddenly were no joke. If you didn't reclaim your wrist, you likely would have been gifted a bruise. But you'd get more as he clawed you back by the jacket.

"I'm not asking: Scram," he ordered. What he also wasn't asking for was the fist you slammed into his cheek. He might have had to blink away a couple of stars, but it was a lot quicker of a recovery than you could anticipate. And in turn, he obliged in giving a Five-Finger Discount on a knuckle sandwich. It tasted of bitten tongue and split lip.

The Little Brick Shithouse must have been actually made of brick, with each blow you landed feeling more painful to you than it was to him. It almost seemed more entertaining of a show to those standing in queue, than whatever they were missing out on inside. It was also becoming harder to see straight, with each hook bruising or splitting your face. Was he...? He was; the sicko was licking your blood off his knuckles.

Eventually your friends thought you'd been thrashed enough for everyone's entertainment. They were able to drag you away, tail between your legs. But you weren't through with the Bouncer. You waited, til eventually he was called to take his break. All he seemed to share his break around the corner with was a cigarette. Not long after, you joined him in the dark.

Your friends assumed you either got in, or he beat your ass again to the point of turning tail and running. Nobody saw anyone but Levi come back from his break, though; whinging about the red bib down his shirt, seemingly from the quickly healing marks on his face. Only...He wasn't complaining about the stain, so much as it being such a waste of a breaktime bite.

Levi: Found in Octavinelle, Science Club (club room), Monstro Lounge, hallways

+ doing the "Help the Monstro Lounge" rhythmic + Giving consumable "book" items (none specific) + Having Levi in your party during Overblot Azul battle + Choosing 'snarky' dialogue options

-having both Levi and Dorm Uniform Azul in your party -declining to follow 'secret chat' dialogue option -raising Dorm Uniform Azul or Dorm Uniform Jade to Affection halfway milestone -selecting 'Maybe it's safer to not rock the boat' during Union Dialogue

His route DOES have stark Good and Bad endings. Good ending: he'll initiate his strike with members of the Monstro Lounge and announce his bid for Dorm Leader position. This will trigger a battle between Levi and Azul. (Cutscene only comes after player wins battle)

Unfortunately, Azul will still technically 'come out on top', defeating Levi. If Azul wins with at least half of his health, Azul will taunt Levi for biting off more than he can chew. If Azul wins with less than half health, OR Levi wins with more than half his health, he will commend his skill. The ending comes as you help patch him up; he'll be of course bummed about it, letting you know he just wants to show his folks he can -lead- not just take orders. As well the union he built was so he and the rest had better say over what positions they held at work. Hype him up for when he can try again for Dorm leader spot, wont'cha? That is the normal 'good' end, but If Levi 'wins' with more than half his health, you get an extra cutscene.

An unsaid amount of time passes, when Azul comes up to Levi. He will make it seem like it is a commendation for his skill, (instead of a bid to not have a fiasco like that happen again) he was going to set up a One-time job pool. Anyone not satisfied with their position can put their names down, and from that pool decide amongst themselves who would take which others' job. Tidus and Levi immediately swap, landing Tidus a serving job and Levi that bouncer/peacekeeper position he wanted.

Bad ending flags are him closing himself off from you about what he's doing for the day, being dismissive. Far enough along, he will stage his strike walkout with the rest of the Monstro Lounge Staff. When this naturally pisses Azul off, Levi will use the opportunity to stage his bid for Dorm Leader Title. The battle will start the same, but once one or the other reaches half-health, Levi will let out all his frustration and unsaid feelings about being always under somebody's thumb. The scene changes, and we see Levi having overblotted. Continue the fight and defeat him, and the scene will change again, to cut to a week later. He will have come back to his job, with a regret that he couldn't get as far as he wanted. (This resets his affection stats to start)

Hihi!!! Tis the season to ask holiday themed asks!! Assuming the world of TWST celebrates winter holidays, do your OCs celebrate any holidays? If so, what are some things they like to do?

Hoi hoi!! For Reference, I'm going to be using 'Yuletide' as the TWST nomenclature for the Big Winter Holiday (with others being eclipsed by it mentioned)

He celebrates Yuletide like many other folks in Altus. He HAS though, been exposed to some mero winter traditions, both just by some of his primary/middle school classmates being merfolk. It's just little touches around his family traditions, like a shell garland or two around the tree, splurging a little on seafood for dinner... For more 'traditional' Altus Yuletide fare, there's the winter market, open well into the night to allow folks a chance to see the lights on folks' houses while they shop. Something his mum had told him about, but has yet to reach the age where he can partake, is wassailling. Caroling is fun and all, but progressively getting jolly red in the face while singing and seeing who else wants to join in the festivities sounds A LOT more fun. But It was during the winter break during his first year (RSA) that That happened. It was also during winter break he got to show the Octa-trio his hometown, and have to deal with all the goings-on in Scarabia...

Their life Pre-TWST was pretty normal for a Californian Christmas. Talk to them today, they still sometimes call Yuletide 'Christmas'. It didn't take much to incorporate the parts of both holidays that didn't match up 100%. Tidus was the greatest listener as to how both holidays differed, which also helped Yuu get a better understanding of the holiday anyway. Once they grow old enough to get booze for it, their ponche navideño is gonna be what a lot of people stop by their place to get a cup of.

Both being denizens of the Coral Sea, I wanna Headcanon that their winters are a bit more like Ye Olden Days. By which I mean: It's too cold to go out anywhere, so we hunker down with our supplies and entertain ourselves in the dark. Ghost stories, party games and crafting 'to drive the cold winter away'.

I don't so much have any HCs for what STYX Yuletide is like, if its even celebrated at all. Being born/raised, in essence, in a company town kind of isolates you from learning much outside of it, so if anybody has a neat idea for traditions, he's willing to listen and give it a shot.

Being in a dryer, more arid plot of the Queendom, his Yuletides are a bit...sephia toned. Lights got draped around the house, family came over, goodies got baked and distributed among the neighbors, and town winter markets doubled as swap meets and craft fairs.

Surprisingly? For being a Yuletide Baby (Birthday Dec 24...SHIT I GOTTA MAKE A BIRTHDAY CARD FOR HIM), His folks try to make distinction that his birthday is to not be overshadowed by another holiday. Ya can't help when you're born. Some of the rest of the fam aren't as gracious, but he's got enough lovin' by his parents that makes up for it.

His home's heat is on FULL blast, humidifier going, everything every scaly bastard Reptile needs. He doesn't open the door for many, not carolers, donation canvasing, etc; it lets the cold in. His ears are quick to perk if he hears Mr Khan taking off to a warmer vacation destination.

This man's gotta travel a lot for business, so it means all the more to him when he takes the time to make his own decisions on the destination. Sometimes he'll book in some tropical locale, if only to drag Aadesh along for some subordinate ribbing. (He's made Aadesh try Snake Wine while out East, not so much 'made' as 'insisted'.)

It's business as usual for The Janitor. Once the kids take off for the break, they have the chance to do some deeper cleaning that their schedule wouldn't otherwise permit.

So, for no reason whatsoever: What do the boys where to prom? What do they do there? (There's no rush to answer, you don't even have to. Just came to mind....for no reason at all)

Mostly mingle, talk with folks. Certain songs will get him out dancing like a madman XD I'm sure the attention from Jade snickering at him would get him to grab hold of the Eel and give him a few swings around the dancefloor just to surprise him.

Something pale (probably a bit more purple) As for what he does? Tries not to bump into folks (Probably gonna be dancing and swinging with @twstinginthewind's Joker XD)

Probably bugging the shit outta the DJ, OR the DJ himself

Being everybody's unlucky run-in. Taking the initiative that Riddle wouldn't and checking the bathrooms for anything past making out.

Probably dancing as well, trying to have little 'dance off's with other students.

Oooohhhhh This is something I think about sometimes cause, TBH, I'm a Tarot Hoe (I got like, 5-7 diff decks THAT I USE on occasion)

Let's get into it, tho, shall we?

Chariot

This card is all about discipline and control, both things he prides himself in. Of course, much in the way the Chariot reads in reverse: he has to learn what -he- considers important, and discover what -he- can control and not worry as much about the expectations of others or spinning too many plates.

High Priestess

Yuu is more or less a key component in a lot of people's overblots. This I think ties into the H.P's connotations relating to the inner self and understanding/following one's subconscious. Even in reverse, the High Priestess calls to look inward and listen in to what your inner voice says.

Strength

Octavinelle is probably his best suited dorm NOT just because he's merro, but because his imposing figure works as a good smokescreen for his greater strength: persuasion. His Meekness isn't an act, he just knows how to use it when it's advantageous. As well, his past is more reflective of the card in reverse. Emotion getting the better of him and it being what hurt not just others, but himself.

The Fool

Finally out from under his family's shadow, he is bright-eyed and eager to make himself something. He's got plans and more than willing to plan and act on them, even to his own hasty detriment.

The Sun

This guy could just hop up into the sky and BECOME the sun lol. Whether it's in the current moment, or on the horizon of a difficult part of his life, there is a radiating joy he just exudes.

Wheel of Fortune

A little on the nose, but because of how much of his character centers around Luck (both good and bad), it's not much of a wonder. He isn't above digging his heels in when it comes to things taking unlucky turns, most especially for others. It's because he has such good luck that he interprets it as it having been siphoned off others (which isn't the case), leaving them only the bad. He finds it his duty to help others, just...don't make direct skin contact.

The Moon

Much like his expy counterpart (as we learn in Secret of the Mogwai), a lot of his anxiety/fear has to do with the Moon itself. And it's because of One Instance that he still has a hard time remembering due to repression, that he can come off sometimes as a little neurotic. It'll take some time for him to come to terms with facing what had happened and accepting that he has to navigate around it. But he doesn't have to do it alone.

The Magician

Ah yes, the Master manipulator Manifestor. For Khan, Aadesh is the one growing the seeds of ideas to make for a better 'harvest' later on. His presence is direct action in helping Khan get what he wants.

As well in Magician's reverse sense: Aadesh is manipulation, greed and trickery incarnate. His methods don't seem as clear cut, which makes his goals seem even more obscured.

The Emperor

He is his own boss, as well as the boss of a loooot of other people. This Tiger is ruthless, but that can only get one so far without also offering a more lenient hand as a reward. He hasn't got where he is simply on strength of will, but his expertise and ability to become an expert in what he needs to get where he wants to go. Of course, this leniency is all in his head; as the reverse of the Emperor shows when one is being too authoritative.

Probably the first time he got to make dinner for (at the time all three of) the Octatrio. Jade seemed surprised to find that it was Chicken of the Woods they were eating. Floyd was just thankful to not have to cook that night, and that the 'chicken' was good. Azul smiling into the first few bites was probably the highlight. A genuine smile of contentment. (the fact it was a mushroom would be Jade and Al's little secret)

(SPOILERS FOR CH 6)

Getting Grim back out of the Underworld. Their hijo The Spoiled-Rotten Little Bastard had them so worried. They spent the entire flight back holding him and checking to make sure he was still breathing.

Getting 'promoted' from security at The Monstro Lounge to kitchen. He hated having to square up with folks. No fists were thrown, but some guys were once he got a hold of them. (A lot of altercations seemed to be from folks who wanted to scrap with The Big Guy/see how much they could get away with thinking he's a pushover)

Meeting Evelia for the first time UvU

The first time hearing back from Mr Khan about his reports. Because of his information, Khan Corp was going to be in the process of acquiring some new assets.

The day he decided to lend out one of his lucky keychains to a fellow second year. (last year). They aced a test, gave back the charm and asked to hang out later (This would end up being Cater)

The day he got to switch from being just a server to security. (The Same day Tidus got to switch his position)
