Birth is about mums too. Couldn't have said it better, we 💛 our mums at IntoYou! #Repost @theseedcollective with @repostapp ・・・ There is so much information out there for new mums and parents.. all the dos and donts.. yet in this age our new mums are suffering from info overload and not finding the peace and joy of transitioning into motherhood.. how can we create more support in the postnatal period?
