Something I've learned throughout this year is to embrace every moment of your life even those moments that exhaust you or tear you apart it's all temporary and it all passes make sure you’re fully present and just cherish the moment. Know that those moments won't come back time doesn't stop or slow down it actually goes by so quick that you find yourself looking at past moments as if they just happened yesterday and it boggles your mind how it’s been years since they happened. So make sure you embrace every moment fully try to engrave all the memories in your heart and mind it will all pass and you'll feel that it all went in a blink of an eye.
