I did another #letmemakeitbetter yesterday. @primark made the cutest denim #dungareedress last Summer (Swipe to picture nr. 3 to see it), which I love wearing a lot. When I came across this brown #corduroy fabric, I knew I was going to create the dress I wanted as a child, but never had, based on my short Summer gem. To my brown delight, I added substantial length, and gave it a flattering a-line skirt. The shoulder straps got wooden hearts, for all the love I put in it. And I used a slightly lighter colored thread as a decorative detail. I put it all together in less than 2 hours. Which was highly appreciated by my body, arthritis and #fibromyalgia What I'm seeing and feeling is making me so happy. This baby will shine in só many #ootd pictures, wait to not get bored with it. My favorite types of #sewing projects are my own #freehand designs, or the #letmemakeitbetter ones. This ancient old #tunic from @msmode was already thanked for service #mariekondo style. But my best app friend @pinterest gave me the inspiration to cut out the collar, and alter the sleeves. I also closed the buttoned front forever, to finally prevent it from flashing incidents. (Yes, that happened. A lot.) Now it's my newest favorite mini dress.
