First off I would like to shout out @keke I do not know you personally but you’ve inspired me & if you had the guts to do it the hell! I can too!! Thank you!! . For the ones I have been following me for some time; I’ve been pretty open about my weight loss journey in the past & about my #PCOS condition regarding weight loss but unfortunately there’s so much more to PCOS than what I’ve actually opened up about. You see; I’ve been basically dealing with PCOS my whole life; & I don’t say that lightly I got my menstrual cycle much earlier than the average girl. . As a make up artist, now 35 years old I feel like I’ve almost pressured myself to seek some sort of perfection (I too have fallen under the social media influence) The pressure of having to have your skin looks great,look a certain way, have your make up always perfect, to not age, to not gain the weight that you lost because people looked up to your weight loss & although these imaginary requirements are not required ... they’re pressures I guess I just put on myself. . 2020 although it has been a scary year for all of us, on a flip side personally: it has enlighten me to see the world in a whole different light. . Always been a quite the spicy fighter in for what I believe: But this year I fought for myself. I’ve focused a lot on ME, to genuinely love myself - the good & not so good, to nurture & care for myself (why I’ve been MIA the past couple of months) & have opened up on my public diary (my blog linked in profile) which of course has makeup chat but.... I’m more than just that! 🤓 . If your a PCOS fighter like I am I want you to know that I’m here with you! I know sometimes it gets tough, but you’re gonna smash those goals, you’re gonna lose that weight, you’re going to slap some foundation on & cover those scars if they may make you feel some type of way. You’re gonna ❤️ yourself SO hard! I need you to do it, for YOU. . You’re a PCOS FIGHTER! [fahy-ter] - a person with the will, courage, determination, ability, or disposition to fight!
