Why is it that people received everything they ever wished for and here I am, still asking Allah for years and He has not given me? It’s been so long and the trial hasn’t ended. Why? He just needs to say “Kun” and my life will change, but why isn’t He saying that? Why is the Khayr I am asking for getting delayed? What is the hikmat behind it?
Let’s read a lesson from Surah Yousuf today.
Yousuf AS was sent to prison. He asked a fellow prisoner to mention him before the king and ask the king to free me. But what happened? Allah made that man forget about Yousuf AS and Yousuf AS had to spend years in prison. Why? Because, in the delay, there is khayr. More patience is equal to more Ajar. What Allah has written for us is better than what we think for ourselves.
If Yousuf AS had gotten out soon where would he have gone? What would he have done? There was nothing that he could have done, no place he could have gone to take refuge. He got out of prison years later at the request of the King himself and from that moment his entire life changed. He reached a high status the moment he got out of prison. If he had left the prison soon he would have been in the position to ask the king himself, but now the king himself summoned him. Things turned out way better than they’d have been before. Things were in Yousuf AS’ favor now.
Allah knows it’s been long. He knows you’re waiting for the trial to end. He is all-hearing, all-seeing. Yes, His one KUN can change our lives, but if He is delaying it, Have faith that there is khayr in it. Just as He did for Yousuf AS, He’ll take you out of your prison too. Hang on. Do not give up.

I was listening to the tafseer of Surah An Noor and Ustaza Tayyimiah was explanining the ayaat of Waqiah Ifk when Hazrat Ayesha RA was accused of committing Zina. She was so disturbed by all of that she fell ill and once Hazrat Muhammad SAW visited her and said if you're innocent Allah will reveal it and if indeed you have committed the sin then just ask Allah to forgive you to which she replied:
"You all have heard this so much that I have done something that if I were to tell u I am guilty you would believe me. And if I were to tell you that I am innocent you wouldnt believe me. So I will only say what the father of Yousuf AS said that "I will observe a beautiful patience and ask for Allah's help against what you say about me."
She relied on Allah. She did not justify herself. She left the matter upto Allah and the way Allah defended her is just beautiful...
He revealed ayaat establishing her innocence. Imagine, Allah swt coming to defend someone. He himself declaring someone's innocence. Indeed, this is what happens when a muzlim is harmed. Allah aids him. He sends help from where he would not have imagined. He takes charge of the matter when that innocent asks for His help alone and relies on Him alone💞

Another great lesson that I learnt in Surah an Noor:
Allah swt revealed ayaat in favor of Hazrat Ayesha RA declaring her chastity and said:
WHY? WHEN YOU HEARD IT, DID NOT THE BELIEVING MEN AND WOMEN THINK GOOD OF ONE ANOTHER AND SAY, "THIS IS AN OBVIOUS FALSEHOOD?" WHY DID THEY (WHO SLANDERED) NOT PRODUCE FOR IT FOUR WITNESSES? AND WHEN THEY DO NOT PRODUCE THE WITNESS, THEN IT IS THEY, IN THE SIGHT OF ALLAH, WHO ARE LIARS.
Allahu akbar.
These ayaat completely shook me. What do we learn here?
When anyone in our community is accused, what are we supposed to do?
Put yourself in their position and think if it was me, would I do that? NO. So dont even blame someone of something that you wouldnt do. And if you're so sure that they have done it. Do you have four witnesses? If not. You're a liar in the sight of Allah even IF YOU KNOW THE TRUTH...!!!!!
But instead what do we do?
We spread the lie. Wo go around sharing their images, the story without knowing the real truth.
Accusing an innocent righteous woman is a crime. And this shows us that careless use of the tongue is very very dangerous. We have to be careful about what we say with our mouths.
Once a group of companions were sitting and they were eating and there was a woman over there who was serving them.
So one of the men, he called her Zania (زانیہ). He said: Hey you Zania!
Ibn Abbas RA was there too, he said: "Easy! If you are saved from the Hadd (meaning if nobody punishes you today in this world, you will be given the punishment in the next world)
And the man said: What if its right? What if its true and she has committed Zina?
Ibn Abbas RA said: Allah does not like the indecent person who spreads indecency.
Meaning, even if you know that she has committed Zina, you should not be talking about it unless you are in a court with four witnesses because Allah does not like people who indulge in indecent talk.
So next time when you and I hear of a scandal. Lets just stop for a moment and think about sharing it with others!!

“Indeed in their stories, there is a LESSON for men of understanding.”
(Surah Yousuf 12:111)
(This is the the Last verse of Surah Yousuf, in which I am taking my strength and encouragement to face the trials that I am in;)
LESSONS DERIVED FROM THE SURAH;
1. Not everyone who CRIES is TRUTHFUL (his brothers were crying but they’re lying)
2. Not all ACCUSED is GUILTY and not all ACCUSER is INNOCENT (sometimes the one who is Guilty is the first one to complain)
3. Silence means YES, but not at all times, in every rule there’s always an exception, (sometimes we have to keep quiet or give way just to be free from further inconvenience due to work), but it doesn’t mean that we are GUILTY.
4. Not everyone who are in Jail are Criminals, some of them were just VICTIMS of CIRCUMSTANCES, it so happened that they were in the Wrong place and at the Wrong time.
5. At the end, it is only the RIGHTEOUS who will emerge VICTORIOUS (if not in this LIFE, for sure it will be in the next LIFE.
I just need to deal it with SABR, SALAH, HIKMAH and FOLLOW the example of Prophet Ya’qoob, alayhis salam, when;
“He said: "I only complain of my grief and sorrow to Allah, and I know from Allah that which you know not” (Surah Yousof 12:86)
