Got any Muppets tickle headcanons for each of the muppets (Kemrit, Piggy, Fozzie, Gonzo, Camilla, Rizzo, Pepe, Rowlf, Animal, Scooter, Bunsen, Beaker, Walter, etc)? 🤔💜

Yup!

Here are some for my faves - Kermit and Walter (:

Kermit

Kermit is canonically ticklish (especially on the feet), and has canonically screamy laughter

Okay so this guy is always so tense, serious and practical, so sometimes he needs tickles from the other muppets to cheer him up when he gets stressed before a show

I can imagine him being super nervous and Fozzie just starting to poke him and him SCREAMING in laughter while Fozzie teases about not knowing he was that funny

Sometimes Gonzo and Animal will also join in - Gonzo often goes for under his arms whilst Animal targets his feet because he's absolutely merciless

While Gonzo is tickling Kermit he will ask if he can do things that the frog disapproves of, like Muppet ladder

"BAHAHA GOHONZOHO!!" "...So that's a yes than?"

I can imagine when Walter was new to the Muppets and first discovered the 'tradition' of tickling Kermit before a show he checked after with Kermit to ask if he was okay, (cause he's such a caring guy), and Kermit had to sheepishly admit that it actually made him feel better

Turns out that, during that conversation, Walter also admitted that being tickled can be fun. Thus Kermit's mischievous side was ignited, and he's like

"Oh reeeeallly? So, your ticklish huh?"

And Walter stammers like "dfjeifljdumm y-yes"

When it comes to being a ler in general, his main victims are Piggy and Walter

I imagine Kermit as like a big brother to Walter, so he will playfully tease him quite a bit

Even if he doesn't actually tickle Walter every time, he might threaten it when the guy is nervous before a show

Like "Come on, where's that smile (: ?" while wiggling his little fingers

Walter

Ahhh this boy is so sweet I love him

Growing up with an older brother, tickle "fights" were common (more just Garry wrecking Walter)

Whenever Walter was feeling sad because he didn't fit in with the other kids, Garry's first strategy was always a pep talk. However, sometimes Walter would be defiant and purposefully accidentally provoke Garry into giving him a tickle attack

Like imagine this in a whiny voice - "I get what your saying Gary, I just still think that I don't fit in. I never will. Face it Garry, I'm just too different".

And than Garry will smile evilly and, without a word, tackle his brother and dig into his sides

Like Kermit, he has screamy laughter, no matter the spot (I think that's a Muppet thing)

He squirms like mad but it's easy to pin him down cause he weighs like a stuffed animal

His worse spots are his sides and neck

Sometimes Gary would be adjusting Walter's ties for formal events and he just wouldn't be able to stop wiggling and holding back giggles. At first Garry would just smirk and tell Walter to stay still, but than, once the tie was done up properly, he'd just get cheeky and scribble all over his poor brother's neck

But that was all before he joined the Muppets

Because the Muppets are so silly, as soon as they discovered how ticklish Walter was, they would tease him about it constantly

They found out about Walter's weakness when they were all tickling Kermit and he laughed out for Walter to save him. Instead, Walter joined in. In response to this cruel betrayal, Kermit instructed everyone to go for Walter's sides

Although he's not often a ler, he can be sometimes

His most common victim is Kermit

He doesn't really do teases, just smiles at his lee and occasionally laughs genuinely and remarks how ticklish the person is (so he's an accidental teaser)

Overall he's just a fun, silly guy who likes tickles and is horribly fluster-able

Fic: At the End of His Rope

Pairing: Bunsen/Beaker (lee!Beaker, ler!Bunsen) Word Count: 711 Prompt/Inspiration: It’s their Muppet Treasure Island selves, with the Pirate Detector invention coming from this fic.

It wasn’t that this was any worse than what Beaker might normally go through back at Trelawney’s. He’d endured far stranger things than lying face-down on the floor, his ankles and wrists tied together with rope. The new immobilization feature of their Pirate Detector appeared to have worked exactly as intended. And yet, as Bunsen leaned over him to take notes and make observations, Beaker felt inexplicably restless, and he couldn’t take his eyes off the quill in Bunsen’s hand.

“How much longer before I’m freed?” Beaker squeaked out. He wasn’t even sure he wanted to be freed. He just knew he wanted something that he wasn’t getting.

“Well, there’s a bit of a problem, Beakie,” Bunsen tutted. “I can’t see how secure the ropes are if you’re not struggling against them. Be a dear, will you? Pretend to be a pirate and put up a fight.”

“I- if you say so.” Beaker tried his best, mustering up a couple twists and tugs against the ropes. He could tell Bunsen wasn’t impressed.

“Oh dear, this will never do.” Bunsen glanced down at the quill in his hand, then back at his assistant. “How ticklish are you, Beakie?”

Beaker’s heart leapt into his throat. “I beg your pardon?” Surely he’d hallucinated the question.

“Well, you see, if you’re really ticklish… and I make you squirm and struggle…” Beaker gulped audibly, but Bunsen was already undoing the buckles on his shoes.
