I dont know if you're taking requests but is there a chance where you could do just a jason (could be jercy I dont mind) fic where his mum is still alive and after the events of HoO (i dont know keep leo alive i dont care really oops) he goes to see her but she is still really desperate for Jupiter or something. I dont know I just want some jason and his mum things. We have sally and percy and piper and her dad but very little jason and beryl.
Anon I'm sorry it took so long to get to this. You sent it just as I was taking my fanfic writing break. But I hope I've done you well. This is very sad and very heart breaking and I'm sorry.

Jason takes a deep breath, but no amount of oxygen in the world could stop his body from shaking at the task ahead of him. A hand slips into his, squeezes his trembling fingers. It settles the electric pulses under his skin, enough that he has the courage to ring the doorbell.
There’s a shuffling inside, and he turns to the boy next to him, eyes wide with fear. Before he can even say anything Percy is cupping his face gently,
“You can do this. And if you can't we can go. There is nothing keeping you here."
The words wash over him like cool water in a raging fire.
The door opens. A lady with blonde hair and eyes a dulled weeping blue greet him.
"Who are you?" She frowns, glancing between the two of them.
A boy with skin as brown as rich tree bark and emerald eyes staring into her, and a boy with skin as pale as the morning sun and lightning eyes that crackle with intensity.
"Hello mother."
The inhale is sharp enough to cut his skin. He flinches involuntarily.
"You are alive?" She says it like there was no possibility.
"No thanks to you." His voice is raw with fury, with pain.
"Can we come in Miss Grace?" Percy interrupts, sensing the volatile air zinging with too much pent up emotion.
She gives him a cursory glance but steps aside.
The house is small, bigger than the trailers and hotel rooms of his faded childhood, but small for the amount of fame she gained and fawned over.
There are magazines, mostly Olympus propaganda, scattered on available surfaces, and empty glasses sitting on tables and next to chairs. But it is the pictures, huge and framed, of her in her youth or her with a blonde haired, blue-eyed man that catch his attention. Something like dread coils in his stomach. She is not? She couldn't be. Not after all these years.
She shuffles them to the kitchen, and settles herself behind the counter. The two boys look at each other and awkwardly take a seat at the bar stools on the opposite side.
"What do you want Jason?" He sees the way she fights to stop her lip from curling. It stabs his heart. "I don't have any money."
He wants to ask what she's done with it but by the look of this place he wouldn't be surprised if she tried to spend it buying illegal drachma or something. Anything to talk to the "love of her life".
"I don't want money mother," His voice is soft. It is quaking. "I wanted to see you. Find out how you are after all these years."
"How I am?" She whispers. Oh no. Oh gods. "How do you think I've been?" She spits. "I have not seen your father in fifteen years and yet his aura surrounds me like a noose. I have not seen my children since they were barely at my hip."
He is too afraid to say anything. It has always been like this. It will always be like this.
"I suppose it is my fault." She sneers. "That I haven't seen you or your smart-ass sister. I guess even I wouldn't come back after being abandoned. But sometimes," And her blue eyes spark with something not entirely human, "Sometimes we must make sacrifices in order to get what we want."
"And did you mother?" He is shaking again, but this time it is burning rage that fuels him. Percy grabs his hand under the counter.
"Did I what?"
"Did you get what you want?" He is exploding from the inside out. "Did you leave me in the dark woods so you could build a life in boring house on a boring street pining after an arrogant, unfeeling being who doesn't love you?"
They have always been matched in spirit, in temper. "How dare you!" She screeches. It is bullets in his ear drums. "You insolent child! How dare you insult the king of gods?“
The world is quiet as he looks her over. As he finally takes in the thin, bleeding-hearted woman in front of him. Less than a shell of her former glowing presence. No longer the Sunshine of the Screen. Merely a woman who cannot understand why the one she loves does not love her.
"Because i have met him and he is nothing but a coward who wishes to control people by punishing them."
"He has only ever been kind to me." She breathes dragon flames. There is a quiver in her exhale.
"Has he mother?" Jason looks around. Percy is still holding his hand, nails biting into his skin. "Because it looks to me like he's punishing you."
"Get out Jason Grace." She has snapped. He hopes it leads her to something better than whatever life she currently lives. "And never come back."
He stands up, he holds Percy. Percy holds him. "I hope we can meet on better terms some day Mom."
She just opens the door, eyes a stormy blue. Her cheeks are flushed. She looks alive.
"Goodbye." He says softly.
Beryl Grace slams the door and it echoes in the caves of his heart.
Jason turns to Percy and before he can say one word the boy is gathering him in his arms. The first tear falls.
