"Your Honor"

Everyone upholds women and their strength not until a woman itself who speaks for the rest of her fellow women starts to feel tired, weak, and fragile. And when people around her especially men, knew that, misogyny starts. They would further conclude that women really are not capable for anything as to the span of their strength. May people never forget that regardless of your gender, you will always feel tired, sad, weak, fragile,and emotionally soft. To work in an office knowing that people around you outsmart and belittle you for being young and being a "woman". For riding on a bus everyday where no men would stand and give you their seat. For commuting on grave yard hours while you are the only woman inside that vehicle. For being vocal, empowered, independent, street smart and hardworking regardless of these men around you questioning your capability through making a guess of how long you'll last or how far you'll go. For everyone who do not believe in women and their strength. I testify to fully break the misogyny and speak for women and children. To the vision I set for myself, to the passion of being the voice to voiceless people that they may uphold their rights too as human person. I will work harder.Just had a thought lately that I was actually raised by empowered women all throughout my journey in life and so I'll be the same. I am glad for having the chance to encounter different women in my life and they served as my hope clinger. Namely,

Atty. Leizyl Gusay who believed that no one is better than me and I am better than no one.

Atty. Risa Hontiveros for spending her time in the office of legislative beside being red tagged and being labelled weak yet was able to make men cry while arguing in a male dominated field.

Atty. Mae Diane Azores who happens to top notch the Law Bar exams in 2019 and inspired me to never fully make yourself tired and always remember to take good care of your well being while acing your goals. Who's also my inspiration in entering pre-law/law school.

Atty.and Vice President Leni Gerona Robredo who inspired me to be a woman of strength, justice, and firm beliefs. The woman who travels across the country to serve and give people just service. And to the rest of women who fearlessly go beyond.
