Book Review: Ruin and Rising (Shadow and Bone #3) by Leigh Bardugo
Rating: 5/5 stars
Genre: Fantasy
Review: I loved this series!! I can't wait to drive into the other Grishaverse novels (especially King of Scars!). I heard that most people were disappointed in this book, and I'll admit, there were some story elements that made me go "huh," but after sitting on them for a bit, I think they work. I was a really satisfying conclusion, didn't really leave anything to the imagination, but I was good with that. Overall, this is a really strong series and definitely a new favorite!

Book Review: King of Scars by Leigh Bardugo
I am loving the Grishaverse and this book might be my favorite of all of them, I loved all the characters and points of view, there were just so many amazing developments of the philosophy and workings of the world that I loved, and it was great to spend time with familiar characters like Nikolai, Nina, and Zoya, as well as meet new ones. SPOILERS AHEAD That ending though- if I were to have one complaint about this book it's that I would have prefered that the Darkling not have come back, but I am interested to see where she takes this development, I just... really hate that guy. I do wish that Yuri would have been able to see reason at some point but... these are just minor things that really don't effect the quality of this book overall at all for me. END OF SPOILER SECTION I loved this book and I highly reccomend checking it out- I can't wait for the next installment!
*To my regular followers- I did read the Six of Crows duology and I loved them both (5 stars) but I didn’t post a review because I was pretty behind on basically everything- so, sorry about that)*

Book Review: Siege and Storm (Shadow and Bone #2) by Leigh Bardugo
Rating: 5/5 stars
Genre: Fantasy
Review: I am loving this series! I wish I had picked it up sooner! The world is so rich and detailed, Leigh Bardugo is so good at world building. I love the Russian inspiration and the magic system, I could gush over this series all day! I loved the new characters that were introduced- Nickolai is definitely my favorite. I was on the edge of my seat this whole book, I loved every second of it! Definitely recommend.
