Feeling Rantish, Might Delete Later. Like everyone else I miss going out of the house. This is not a travel pic but I miss traveling too. Specially since I make sure I grab at least a few days work outside valley during the summer. Now that I am stuck at home, I keep asking what is that I miss exactly. I remember wanting to travel to explore new places and experienced new culture. But as I traveled far from home, I realized traveling helped me to contemplate and articulate what I am feeling and who I am back home. But my travel journal entry from March 2019 states that my feet probably loves to runaway so that it can always come back home. I also remember reaching Pokhara in June 2017 just to miss Kathmandu that I ended up writing a poem. And that when I was in Melbourne, August 2017, I felt home, as I wandered around alleys and stared at old buildings. But mostly when I made Muna Chiya at Kaka's place and he tried to convince me to have rice for dinner. And that exact moment I tasted mom's recipe as I ate alu-chwo dada made. So while I am extremely grateful to spend evenings listening to jokes and childhood memories, or to spend few hours everyday ranting about how I miss guideji and breakfasts with friends, I guess what I actually miss is the feeling of missing this actual moments and appreciating them more.
