Relationship status - single (probably because I'm such a nerd!)

Song stuck in my head - There Is A Light That Never Goes Out by The Smiths!

Favourite colour - blue, I think? But red is a close second.

Last song I listened to - The Lark Ascending by RVW.

Three favourite foods - sushi, nectarines, and bread.

Last thing I googled - The Boy, The Mole, The Fox, and The Horse! I really want to see it, but I don't have Netflix or anything, so I'm not sure when I'll be able to.

Dream trip - Politics aside, I've always wanted to visit St. Petersburg. But within the realm of possibility, probably a trip to Denmark :) I've been twice and I'm dying to go back!

Something I want right now - I wish I could hear from all the colleges I've applied to! It's so stressful to wait (especially since I'm expecting rejections...)

1. Are you named after anyone?

No, but my name is in a very famous scene from a very famous movie, so even though I'm not named after anyone, my name is kind of a cultural reference in and of itself. Unfortunately.

2. When was the last time you cried?

Oooh... I think last Wednesday when I was recovering from my surgery.

3. Do you have kids?

I am eighteen and single. No.

4. Do you use sarcasm a lot?

A devastating amount. All the time.

5. What’s the first thing you notice about people?

Couldn't say. Probably their clothes and their expression? Or perhaps their eyes?

6. What’s your eye colour?

Guess!

7. Scary movies or happy endings?

I hate horror movies... in fact, I don't think I've ever seen a single horror movie. On the other hand, I do tend to prefer bittersweet stories. But I'll go with happy endings.

8. Any special talents?

I can roll my tongue into the shape of a four-leaf clover. I can draw hands without a reference picture. I can do a passable Irish accent (and I do a very good imitation of Peter O'Toole in Lawrence).

9. Where were you born?

In a hospital, during a storm.

10. What are your hobbies?

Writing (currently working on a historical novel), drawing (I post my art here sometimes), video-editing (my YouTube channel is on my carrd), and watching four-hour-long movies.

11. Have you any pets?

Yes, a dog :)

12. What sports do you play/have played?

I swam competitively for about five years throughout my childhood. It was exhausting but all in all incredibly rewarding.

13. How tall are you?

5'3 :( 

14. Favorite subject in school?

Either literature or history. English major types do drive me crazy though.

15. Dream job?

Filmmaker! Or a writer, if directing doesn't work out. (@cunningfate, I wanted to be an astronaut when I was little too, and I was also thwarted by my hatred of flying!)

Favorite color: Baby blue & sage green.

Currently reading: Anna Karenina.... I know I talk about it a lot, but I have to reiterate just how good it is. I never enjoyed Tolstoy's shorter stories but Anna Karenina is a delight to read. The characterizations in particular are excellent.

Last song: Do The Strand by Roxy Music.

Last series: No clue, I don't watch TV.

Last film: The Leopard (1963) dir. Visconti. I heartily recommend it, if you're willing to sit through three hours of subtle social commentary on 1860s Italy.

Sweet/spicy/savory: Sweet or savory. I can't stand spicy food :(

Currently working on: Staying alive, mostly. Also, a historical novel, college applications, classwork, an 1870s corset cover, and a myriad of other things!
