Obviously I did write TD for me, but sometimes I just overflow with excitement about it, and then I just feel so terrible for subjecting people to that!

“No but really… I can’t imagine how they got that stupid idea!” Carlos keeps complaining about that video he had to film three days ago with Charles. 

Oscar stopped listening two days ago. 

He could move away, and join Fernando or George and Alex on the other end of the bus. But he stays. Because Lando is here. Talking with Carlos, answering… encouraging.

But even if Lando’s attention seems to be on Carlos, Oscar knows better.

He noticed how Lando came closer to him, how he was holding his arms around his torso, even with his puffy jacket.

Lando is cold and Lando came near Oscar, not near Carlos.

That is enough for Oscar to stay and endure the whining of the Spaniard.

And he gets rewarded when, as they walk back to the hospitality, Lando literally plasters himself against Oscar and follows him to his driver's room.

“Can’t believe how windy it was…” Lando says and Oscar knows what it means so he just goes to grab a hoodie from his wardrobe and gives it to Lando.

“Another hoodie?” Oscar suggests but he’s pretty sure it’s not that cold in here.

“Or… You could… I mean… You’re quite warm.” Lando answers, looking so cute engulfed in Oscar’s hoodie, hood on and with a cute shy smile on his face.

“Oh…” is all Oscar can answer because if Lando is really suggesting what Oscar thinks he’s suggesting, this feels like Christmas coming early.

“So?” Lando insists.

Oscar just lifts his arms without a word, hoping he’s not going to make a fool of himself. But before he can panic, Lando has slotted himself against in, arms going around Oscar in a proper cuddle. So Oscar let his arm go around Lando, too.

“Mmm… Knew you’d be the perfect heater.” Lando nearly moans, mouth against Oscar’s pecs. And feeling Lando’s lips move there is absolutely not affecting Oscar.

“Glad to be of service,” he answers, trying to keep his tone neutral.

“You know I’m going to come here each time I’m cold now,” Lando adds. Oscar chuckles but it doesn’t really sound like a joke so he decides to risk it all.

“Think I’d like that.”

Lando doesn’t answer but Oscar feels his arms tighten around him and Oscar hopelessly wishes it will be so cold in Qatar.
