I did it!! After a huge slump this term, I finally managed to make and finish one of my diploma pieces! . . It's nowhere near perfect but I managed to do a half decent job. I'm especially proud of the Maltese cross I cut out on the back 🥰 . I couldn't have done this without the kindness and support of the wonderful diploma in silver jewellery community I'm a part of! The encouragement and the overall atmosphere of lifting each other up is what makes it all so much easier and wonderful. . . A pretty spectacular failure for my first week of term 2 @jewellersacademy . . My gold wire just broke! Am I sad? Quite. Disappointed? Horribly. Will I let this dictate my entire mood? Certainly not!
