This is a perfect infographic displaying individuality and that everyone approaches nutrition and training differently because their body and their goals are personal to them. Thx @chadhargrove1 for this! #youagenius #Repost @chadhargrove1 with @get_repost ・・・ So there is one important fact about changing your body the way you want to. - If you want to be lean and fit, with tone and definition. You’re gonna need less fat, and a little more muscle. - Maybe more muscle than you think. - So what’s the important fact? - The magical window that fat can be lost and muscle can be added at the same time will end well before you get to your goals. - And if you never choose to focus on one, you’ll get no where. - So how do you choose? Well, the graphic above is VERY simplistic. If you’re underweight, you should focus on adding muscle for a while. - If you’re overweight, focus on learning to eat less habitually. More lean meats, fibre and vegetables. - But what if you’re in the middle? Honestly I’d say at that point you get to choose. The important part is that eventually choose and commit just like the overweight and underweight groups have to. - The difference of being in the middle is that you won’t have to commit for quite as long. Someone who’s very overweight could be dropping weight, with periodic breaks for 8-12 months or more. - The skinny fat person could be focus on adding weight and muscle for the next year because muscle adds slowly. - But if you’re in the middle you won’t have to do that. You’ll probably go back and forth from phase to phase every 8-16 weeks with periods of maintenance sprinkled in to give yourself a break. - This doesn’t mean the process is short, but these shorter phases will keep you from getting too skinny or too chubby — but done right, you’re body will change nicely. - Lift weights either way. Obviously 🎯😉 . . . #leanandfit #toneandtighten #toneanddefinition #toningworkout #tonedmuscles #caloriedeficit #losingfat #leaningout #leanmuscle #addleanmuscle #leanmuscles #leanmusclediet #bodycomposition #bodytransformations #fatlossgoals #fatlosshelp #fatlosstips #ifitfitsyourmacros #flexiblediet #flexibleseating #flexibledieter
