Okay, so I've been making Spotify playlists for my favorite Stardew Valley characters for a while now, and this morning I thought to myself: "why not post them somewhere?"

So alas, here are the playlists for three of my favorite characters.

Yes, I plan making more in the future, but not in a near future.

They're all a bit pop focused, since it's the style I listen to the most, but I tried my best to fit the songs with their personalities.

Reasoning behing the songs that you probably don't care about but I'm posting anyways

Abigail

Most repeated artists: Halsey · Bea Miller · Melanie Martinez

Main genres: alternative · rock · pop-rock

Abby's known for her goth and alternative style, but I didn't want to make it all alternative, since she plays the flute and likes acoustic and shit; I decided to blend in accoustic songs with these (let's go with) stronger songs. I made sure to add some songs that portrait her views of the society (e.g. "THAT BITCH" by Bea Miller and "WONDERLAND" by Neoni). She'd probably love singing these -- my headcanon is that Abby's actually a very skilled singer, so she would nail most songs here -- and performing them with the band.

Leah

Most repeated artists: Alicia Keys · Ed Sheeran · Kelly Clarkson

Main genres: R&B · indie-pop

I decided to make this playlist for Leah as a portrait of her connection with art and nature, so a lot of the songs are calmer and settling. I also made sure to add some old songs that I'm sure she'd love. Also also, I strongly headcanon her as lesbian, so there's some sapphic songs here and there...

Haley

Most repeated artists: MARINA · Taylor Swift · Sabrina Carpenter

Main genres: country · pop · dance-pop

For Haley, the first thing that came into my mind was a lot of bubblegum pop, hands down. But I've decided to add some country as well, because internally she loves being a country girl lol. I've added some portraits of her insecurities here and there as well (e.g. "Oh No!" by MARINA and "homecoming queen?" by Kelsea Ballerini), to highlight her improvement and show that she's not actually a terrible woman, it's just a strong shell.
