Well remus is the second to find out because he’s closest to Patton after Logan. He gets incredibly concerned but also finds it cool and wants to fight them but also just like befriend them all. This makes Patton feel better , and they go on adventures sometimes and rem will join lo and or exploring too

Ro finds it all incredibly weird but worried for his brother and friends, he doesn’t shun Patton though because he loves Pat and so he likes to help him calm down after a particularly scary encounter

their mother (she passed away) was just like Patton and that also draws them in and they act like his big brothers

Janus Is just as curious as logAn but approaches it better. He doesn’t like exploring as much but will sit with Patton and help him construct his journals! He also takes fencing so he’s really good at fighting too

Virgil thinks this shit is fucking awesome! He loves drawing the monsters and Patton likes hanging out with him. They’re pretty close . Virgil likes to delve on the creepier side of it all

They’re all realy close, especially since they all play on the same team! They do go on exploring adventures together and each bring a special and awesome skillset!

They’re all pretty protective of Patton

When they start their big journey:

Janus: navigation, swordsman, hes also really good at listening and sensing things

Patton: vision obvi, his powers 👀, archery cus I said so, and the brain of it all because smart Patton, and care and health

Roman: defense, he’s incredibly fast too, he’s good at coming up with plans

Remus: offense, he’s fast not as fast as Roman but still pretty fast, and he has a photographic memory

Virgil: He holds the light

I’m kidding lol! Virgil does a lot of health and care with Patton, he also helps with the defense, he and Roman are a SOLID team

Logan: idk fuck him.. NO IM KIDDING LOL. Swordsman, he also comes up with the plans, he takes on a leadsership role just like during volleyball, and he’s also smart duh

Day 1518: Tom Leavens

Doctor of archeology, Tom Leavens was one of two archeologists who had dedicated years of their lives in uncovering the legendary temple of Urzkartaga. A temple belonging to a group of worshippers in the vague African jungle, who were famed for their ferocity and blood rituals. Worshippers of the fabled plant god offering up live sacrifice to the diety with legend claiming a mighty Cheetah protected them from harm.

Tom Leavens was hardly a man of action. Nor was he one of decision, leadsership, or much particularly in the way of backbone. Despite being very much the more bookish sort of archeologist and one who could spend his lifetime sequestered away in a library. Despite that however he went and bought a gun (which he never learned how to use) and insisted on coming along on this expedition which would be headed by the far more competent and visciously practical Barbara Minerva who coldly stated that she would find the temple of Urzkartaga even if she had to kill her way through Africa to do it.

Discovering Chuma who claimed to know of the temple and offered to lead them there, became their guide. So barbara hired a collection of locals to join them, declaring their intentions to head to the temple of Urzkartaga.

With everything ready, the expedition was underway. With Chuma leading them along, with a handful of research assistants along for the ride. When however they grew close enough to actually see the temple in the distance, the locals who had been hired to carry their stuff dropped what they had and fled, scattering in a dozen directions through the jungle. Their egress written off as cowardice. Not expecting them all to be carefully tracing their path so they could return.

Continuing on a little further, Chuma would vanish from the group as a large group of warriors arrived and attacked. Barbara drawing her weapon gunned down a number of the warriors and made a run for it, ignoring the screams and pleas for help of her fellow researchers.

Tom panicked, chased after Barbara since she knew what she was doing, and began screaming that they need to go back for the others. Which Barbara laughed off, declaring that she wasn't going to let dead weight keep her from the discovery of a life time. With the warriors of the tribe in persuit, Barbara leaped off of a cliff into a raging river. With Tom leaping in after and only revealing after the fact that he could not swim.

Screaming and flailing, he grabbed onto Barbara, making her lose her gun as he clung to her like a leech until they reached shore several miles down river. Barbara would then take his gun, and coldly told him to not get in her way or she would not hesitate to end him.

If men cannot know that by our example our leadsership is respected then rulership will be either by fear or love. You can be respected and then rulership or, fear or love.
