Can you change your employees #attitude? you cannot change people's attitude, you cannot change people. the worst thing a manager or leader or business owner can do, is try to change people's attitude or even think about it. big time waster. the world is almost 8 billion people. You have plenty of recruitment choices. lead by example and the best people will follow....then pick your winners, develop them so they get what they want, so you, as a leader or manager or business owner, can get what you want. Period! #employeementality #evantzivanakis #employment #businesscoach #bestbusinesscoach #incomebusinessonline #leadfromthefront #leadingbyexample #leaderevantzivanakis #leadershipisaction (at Ampang, Kuala Lumpur) https://www.instagram.com/p/CCIZNqwnAJo/?igshid=1opn4uf1e7za0

Good leadership is learned in the trenches. The next time you get promoted don’t forget what got you there. In the book, The 5 Levels of Leadership, John Maxwell discussed that when you go from one level to the next you don’t lose the last one you just add to the previous level. Oftentimes, I see leaders get promoted and never go back to where they began. Although you don't need to go back to doing the work, you also don’t want get stuck in your office. Nobody ever said I love the fact that my boss is always in their office. Great leaders walk slowly through the crowd, they connect with their team and lean in to let them know I’m here if you need me. Be the type of leader your team knows is always present and builds them up. Donald H. McGanno noted, “Leadership is Action, Not Position.” Don’t get so focused on the title that you forget to connect with your team. #Leadershipinthetrenches #Leadershipisaction #LeadershipLegacy
