LOOPCLOSURE  > BLOUSE (LCB1)

Making the design more detailed by recreating the physical closures/elements. 
- Double layers, Tapes, seams and topstitches 
- Creating the loops
There are 3 loops for the loop closure (NO HARDWARE OPTION), 1 big and on top 2 small.  (the loops I created already on the blouse)
Pull the loops to the front and freeze the loops. With the pin tool and simulation on pulling the cord under the biggest loop. Then Unfreeze the big loop and simulate. 
Next is Pulling the cord under the right small loop and stitch the little loop back onto the big loop, unfreeze it and simulate. 
Then last pull the cord under the left small loop, stitch, unfreeze and simulate. 
For the next loop closure I copy/paste the first one, because that is much quicker.

Cercetătorii au dezvoltat proteine antivirale care au putut inhiba SARS-CoV-2 în laborator
Mici proteine dezvoltate pe computer au demonstrat că pot proteja celule umane crescute în laborator împotriva virusului SARS-CoV-2, coronavirusul care provoacă COVID-19.
Noile cercetări au fost publicate în Science.
În timpul experimentelor, candidatul antiviral principal, numit LCB1, s-a luptat cu bine-cunoscutul SARS-CoV-2 și a neutralizat anticorpii în urma acțiunilor sale protectoare. LCB1 este testat momentan la șoareci.
Coronavirusurile au proteine în formă de „țepi”. Acestea se atașează de celulele umane pentru a permite virusului să le infecteze. Dezvoltarea medicamentelor care perturbă acest mecanism de intrare ar putea duce la tratamentul sau chiar prevenția infecției.
Peste două milioane de astfel de proteine au fost produse
Cercetătorii de la Universitatea din Washington au folosit computer pentru a dezvolta noi proteine care se atașează de „țepii” virusului SARS-CoV-2, astfel încât acesta să nu mai infecteze celulele.
Încă din ianuarie, peste două milioane de candidați de astfel de proteine au fost concepuți pe computere. Peste 118.000 au fost produși și mai târziu testați în laborator.
„Deși este nevoie de testare clinică amplă, noi credem că cele mai bune dintre antiviralele generate pe computer sunt promițătoare. Par să blocheze infecția cu SARS-CoV-2 cel puțin la fel de bine ca anticorpii monoclonali, însă acestea sunt mult mai ușor de produs și mult mai stabile, fiind posibilă și eliminarea nevoii de refrigerare”, a explicat Longxing Cao, autorul principal al studiului.
Cele mai puternice antivirale au fost cele sintetice
Cercetătorii au creat proteinele antivirale prin intermediul a două strategii. În prima, un segment din receptorul ACE2, de care SARS-CoV-2 se leagă în mod natural pe suprafața celulelor umane, a fost incorporate într-o serie de mici structuri de proteine, potrivit MedicalXpress.
A doua strategie a implicat producerea de proteine complet sintetice. Această metodă a generat cele mai puternice antivirale, inclusiv LCB1, care este de aproape șase ori mai puternic decât cei mai eficienți anticorpi monoclonali documentați până acum.

Blouse 1 - LCB1
We took a pattern we had made in the past and adjusted the size from a basic t-shirt block with very dropped shoulders.
Drafting a new new color + plaket (the placket is inspired by our concept nature as a force of  technology the round seams + very straight placket mix.
The sleeve is extra wide to create the drape and volume we want when pulling it up (concept related). The blouse has an extraordinary big cuff, as we like to work with unusual measurements/shapes. (see physical design)
Next step (is already done) will be recreating the physical patterns, with what I have a home. We saw with the last design that is was very fast and nicely possible to created the patterns that we have at home and change them according to our Lectra changes so doing that again + putting it in CLO3d and see how accurate the design will be.
