Rare #angrychair 1992 magazine advertisement Released as a single in the US Dec. 6, 1992 and in the UK, May 1993 - Ned Raggett of #allmusic said that "Layne Staley and Jerry Cantrell unsurprisingly are the ones who transform the song into something really spectacular" and added that the song features "entrancing verses, ominous, echo-swathed and charged with a looming destruction.” - As an avid fan/follower of @aliceinchains since their inception December 1987, I’ve collected just about anything I could get my hands on (within reason of course). Now after almost 32 years, I’ve taken on a very large undertaking. I’ve invested in 25 archival binders to put all of the paper items I’ve collected. This includes original promo photos, press releases, photos, ads (like this), rare stickers; specific magazine articles, the annual Layne tributes, AiC fan club items, promo post cards & even the radio programs Alice appeared as guests. I have a separate binder just for those, which includes the cue sheets. I started out with 10 binders, and have continually added to them. I’ve amassed so many things over the years and haven’t stopped. This also includes Jerry’s solo albums, and Mad Season items. I’m excited to do this. It’s definitely a lot easier to show these types of items in binders, not in several large plastic bins. This ad is one of so many I’ve saved over the years. Honestly, I’m proud of my collection, as it’s not just the binders, it’s so much more. It’s taken a lot of work & dedication. Some day I’ll put a video together to show you all. #aliceinchains #laynestaley #mikestarr #nehistripesseattle #seankinney #mikeinez #williamduvall #dirtalbum #columbiarecords #susansilver #seattlesound #grungeera #layne4life #aliceinchainsfanclub #aliceinchainscollection (at Seattle, Washington) https://www.instagram.com/p/B5bSZ5DJxWj/?igshid=9e376nsyivno
