⛵️Anchors Away to #AprilFeelsday2019 ⛵️ Day 7: A poem that reminds you of a #romanceclass book or character: what i want (from we might as well be galaxies) by Layla S. Tanjutco // Another Word for Happy by Agay Llanera • I can’t quite explain why this poem immediately reminded me of Caleb but it did so strongly I immediately whipped up a flatlay and here ya go. (I took this a few days ago, and then forgot to post today, so sorry about that. Ehe.) • These two books are my favorites but I must admit, I haven’t mustered up the courage to reread them again. They hurt. AWFH more so than Galaxies, but that’s just bec they were written so beautiful and honest, and it went straight to my kokoro. (I talked myself into going through the poetry book to see if any of the poems would strike an idea for today’s prompt and thankfully it did at just the second piece so I didn’t have to go through the rest of it just yet. 😅 I tapped out early. “it was when I felt my soul stir at the sound of my name on your lips that I knew there’s just no running away from you” • Book #3 from poet Layla S. Tanjutco is still delivering the ~feels! It was a little different this time because the first part was sort of a relationship roller coaster 🎢 in verse, and the second part was a short prose featuring a romance blooming between co-workers in a beach! ❤️ • “why don’t my monsters scare you away when it’s all I can do to keep them at bay?” • This is short enough for a quick read, but the emotions they stir will linger a little longer. I would suggest reading it at the comfort of your home bec, haha, I had to lie down for a moment when I was done with it. 😅 • “thank you for waiting until I was ready” • One Day Closer by Layla S.
