Cis, in this case! c: I like giving fantasy races different sexual dimorphism from humans, which includes beards for all dwarves 💪 Also means i can play around with the societal & personal significance of beards and hair for them! In Ylva's case it's kind of. her compensating for feeling Out Of Touch with being a Dwarf in a lot of ways (growing up as a Watcher and all) and at the same time doubling down on Looking Dwarfy since despite the detachment it has also defined her a lot

As to how he would react? Disbelief.

He’ll lean in and when you turn away, he pulls back, surprised and looking at you in confused disbelief. After all, this man absolutely thrives on your affection. Not showing it through physical actions such as kisses, hugs or his hand somewhere on you (waist, hip, shoulder, back, t h i g h) doesn’t even cross his mind.

But if he sees the little smirk on your face, realisation dawns on him.

Even though he knows you’re just teasing and being a little shit, there is the slightest hint of annoyance. After all, he wants that kiss.

He’ll give you a look, clearly conveying what he wants and lean in again, a slight warning in his eyes.

Let him kiss you, and he’s very happy, pressing an extra kiss to your mouth.

But. If you dare to lean away once more, his hand will shoot out and he’ll grip your chin, almost squishing your cheeks together as he turns your head to face him before pushing his lips onto yours.

Can’t decide if he’d make the kiss 10x more intense than he’d planned to - just to tease you back and show his displeasure - or press a light kiss like he was planning before, just to make a point. I can see both

Thinking about being pre-relationship with them, wearing items that reflect their names. Real talk though, I think Ghost would be upset at first if reader got any tattoo on his behalf, no matter how symbolic. He’s convinced that eventually the sight of it will cause you pain—whether because you fall out of love with him or because he dies young. It takes a lot of talking (his least favorite thing) for him to understand that even if a day came when the two of you were separated—whether it be by your own volition or otherwise—you would still want your body to pay homage to him. Then he is very reverent of it. Wants to put his hands and mouth on it, and on you.

What do you think gay men are attracted to in men that they can’t be attracted to in women?

It can’t be anything about femininity or masculinity obviously. That’s both sexist, and cultural so can’t be what drives men-only attraction.

It can’t be anything about stated identity because someone could lie just as easily as they could tell the truth in such a statement, and it makes no sense because homosexuality and heterosexuality exists in other species with no stated identities. It’s not like other animals without gender are all pan.

Saying idk it’s the vibes or some indescribable trait men have that women can’t but “I can’t explain” is a nonanswer.

Soooooooo what is it? Or do you think any sexuality but bi/pan is just cultural performance or an identity rather than an inborn orientation?

Go back to that and check the comment reblogs the OP did, and/or the notes -- Terry was making fun of JKR for how she used "Dumbledore is gay" as an afterthought years after she was done with the series, where she didnt develop or even mentioned it in any way in the books.

It's not about questioning about how any sexuality works as you're putting here.
