The wordsdon’t process correctly at first. They can’t help but chuckle at the thought. “You’vegot to be kidding me.” It honestly sounded like some twisted joke. Cause thiswas Laura that was being talked about. The words Laura and died doesn’t exactlyfit together and can’t possibly be said in the same sentence. Cause that seemedunheard of.

Sure, Lauracan be a little over her head at times. Sure, Laura tends to jump headfirstinto things without thinking things out completely. But that didn’t mean shedies easily. Laura was always safe. She was the goody-goody of the two of them.Laura would always be safe and sound at home while Bunny was out. And Laurawould always be right there, ready to nag their ear off once they would returnhome.

The thoughtthat their little dorky sibling was just gone didn’t sound right.

“That can’tbe true.” Denial setting in their mind, feeling a need to find out if there wasa lick of truth in that single sentence. They needed to see it with their owneyes and was very much ready to force Hudson to drive to middle-of-who-knows-where university no matter how crazy and impossible that may be.

Cause Bunnycan’t rest until they know for sure,
