I have ONE MORE keto recipe to share with you Ketoholics 🥬for today 😀
This low-carb Pretzel 🥨Bites recipe looks SO appetizing 😋
This snack takes ONLY 30 minutes to make!
Ingredients
- 2 cups of almond flour.
- 1.5 cups of whey isolate.
- 1/2 a teaspoon of salt.
- 1 teaspoon of xanthan gum.
- 2 eggs.
- 1/4 a cup of melted butter.
- A pinch of salt.
If Using Yeast
- 1/4 a cup of warm water.
- 1 teaspoon of sugar.
- 2 teaspoons of yeast.
If Using Baking Powder
- 1/4 a cup of water.
- 2.5 teaspoons of baking powder.
Baking Soda Wash
- 4 tablespoons of baking soda.
- 4 cups of water.
(This snack recipe makes 18 bites)
Instructions
Step One: Preheat the oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit OR 200 degrees Celsius. In a bowl, whisk together the almond flour, whey isolate, salt, xanthan gum, and the baking powder (if using). Mix in the butter and the eggs.
Step Two: If using yeast, then stir together the warm water, yeast, and the sugar in a measuring cup. Make sure to wait for it to become bubbly.
Step Three: Pour in the yeast water OR regular water if using baking powder into the mix and stir until a thick batter forms.
Step Four: Use wet hands to shape the batter into golf ball sized pieces. Place them on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
Step Five: In a deep pot, bring the water for the wash to a boil. Make sure it’s a deep pot since the baking soda will bubble up.
Step Six: Add in the baking soda a tablespoon at a time and then stir until the bubbles go away. When the bubbles fade, then add in more of the baking soda. Make sure that the baking soda is mixed into the water.
Step Seven: Brush the tops of the dough balls with the soda water and then sprinkle them with salt.
Step Eight: If you are using yeast, then let them rise for about 20 minutes in a warm area.
Step Nine: For the yeast bites, brush them with soda water and then sprinkle with salt again before putting them in the oven.
Step Ten: Bake for 12 to 15 minutes OR until deep golden brown.
Step Eleven: Let the bites cool and enjoy!
Serving Size = 1 pretzel bite

I haven’t posted a low-carb salad recipe in awhile SO I decided to post this low-carb broccoli 🥦salad 🥙
This low-carb broccoli 🥦salad 🥙looks really delicious 😋
I am definitely making this recipe for lunch sometime this week!!
This low-carb salad 🥙recipe takes 10 minutes to make BUTyou need to keep the salad in the refrigerator for 3 hours!!!
Ingredients
- 8 cups of fresh broccoli cut into bite sized pieces.
- 1/4 a cup of red onion, diced finely.
- 1/2 a cup of sunflower or pumpkin seeds.
- 4 ounces of cubed cheddar cheese.
- 3/4 a cup of mayonnaise.
- 5 tablespoons of low-carb sweetener, erythritol (optional).
- 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- 1/2 a pound of bacon, cooked and crumbled.
(This lunch salad makes 10 servings)
Instructions
Step One: Combine the broccoli, red onion, sunflower or pumpkin seeds, and cheese in a large bowl.
Step Two: To prepare the dressing, mix the mayonnaise, erythritol (optional), and vinegar together until smooth. Stir into the salad.
Step Three: Let the salad chill for about 3 hour. It may not seem like enough dressing, but after it chills the dressing marinades and is plenty. This also allows the flavors to mend. Stir in the bacon right before serving.
Step Four: Serve and enjoy!
Serving Size = 1/2 a cup per serving
Net Carbs = 2 grams

WARNING: This recipe is high in calories SO it might not work for everyone!
I thought I would post this low-carb Cloud Bread BLT 🥪
I think this keto lunch looks so delicious 😋and I cannot wait to try it one day this week!
This lunch recipe takes 40 minutes to make!
Ingredients
Cloud Bread
- 3 large eggs.
- 4 ounces of softened cream cheese.
- Salt, to taste.
- 1/2 a tablespoon of ground psyllium husk powder.
- 1/2 a teaspoon of baking powder.
- 1/2 a teaspoon of cream of tartar (optional).
Toppings
- 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise.
- 5 ounces of cooked bacon.
- 2 ounces of lettuce.
- 1 large tomato, thinly sliced (optional).
(This recipe makes 4 sandwiches)
Instructions
Cloud Bread
Step One: Preheat your oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit (150 degrees Celsius).
Step Two: Separate the eggs by putting the egg whites in one bowl and the egg yolks in another bowl. Note, the egg whites whip better in a metal or ceramic bowl as opposed to plastic.
Step Three: Whip the egg whites together with salt (and cream of tartar, if using) until very stiff, preferably using a hand held electric mixer. You should be able to turn the bowl over without the egg whites moving.
Step Four: Add the cream cheese, psyllium husk, and the baking powder and mix well.
Step Five: Gently fold the egg whites into the egg yolk mixture. Try to keep the air in the egg whites.
Step Six: Place two dollops of the mixture per serving on a paper-lined baking tray. Spread out the circles with a spatula to about 1/2 an inch (1 cm) of thick pieces.
Step Seven: Bake in the middle of the oven for about 25 minutes or until they turn golden.
Step Eight: Serve and enjoy!
Building the BLT
Step One: Fry the bacon in a skillet on medium-high heat until crispy.
Step Two: Place the cloud bread pieces top-side down.
Step Three: Spread the mayonnaise on each bread.
Step Four: Place the lettuce, tomato, and fried bacon in layers between the bread halves.
Step Five: Serve and enjoy!
Serving Size = 1 sandwich
Net Carbs = 7 grams
