Condit, Milne, Whidby and Walnut Bend SPARK Parks Dedicated

Lauren Griffith is proud to have been creating SPARK Parks in Houston since 1984. These parks on school grounds are open to the public after hours, giving families in park desert areas access to much needed open space. Our SPARK Parks at Condit, Milne, Walnut Bend and Whidby Elementary Schools were dedicated this week. Many thanks to Houston Endowment and the Kinder Foundation for their generous donations!

Linkwood Park Playground Dedicated

The City of Houston Parks and Recreation Department’s Linkwood Park playground opened today with a ceremony under huge Live Oaks. LGA designed the playground and picnic deck. The Houston Parks Board was a great partner in bringing this project to fruition.
