I often get stuck in a rut with my skin. I’m forever breaking out and feeling down about myself to the point I end up wearing more and more makeup to cover up a problem. Then I’ll end up HATING the way my makeup looks to heavy (vicious circle right?) and then my pores clog up more and well you get the point. At the back end of 2017 I went on a mission to find a skincare routine that would solve my problems and after days / weeks of researching I decided to try a Clinique 3 step routine. I wasn’t expecting much to happen due to past experiences and let downs but to my surprise after about 10 days I could see a difference. My blemishes start to clear up, I was less oily then normal, my makeup stayed in place longer and I had less noticeable pores. In other words this was shaping up to be a #godsend. Whilst using the 3 step I started to look at other products I could to help treat blemishes whist also look good. I then came across Laura Mercier blemish - less foundation primer and I can’t lie I bought because I liked the name 🙈. Another thank god moment came when I realised it wasn’t a total waste of money and did help towards my goal in life the have better skin. This helped control shine to the forehead where I normally look like a disco ball by mid day. I also think it helps create that barrier between my skin and makeup so old blemishes are not aggravated and helps prevent new ones forming. All in all these 4 products have made me so happy and I can safely say they are my #dreamteam . Have you tried any of this combo?
