Still thinking about how Matt Berry delivered "I'd definitely say that you didn't experience true love today."

Still thinking about how Colin squeezed Laszlo's butt in 3.9 and all Laszlo did was do a little quiet smile in response.

Still thinking about Laszlo's long speech about Colin, where he admitted to a room full of high ranking vampires that Colin had left a mark on his heart (furthermore thinking about how it draws parallel to when he expressed his love for Nadja in front of all the vampires at the orgy party), and Colin's little bashful happy smile throughout the whole speech.

Still thinking about how the truth came out, that the reason he'd started hanging out more with Colin in season 3 was because he thought he'd die on his 100th birthday, and wanted to give Colin the best time he could before his death day - and how that parallels how when Laszlo thought he'd have to kill Sean he did everything he could to give Sean the best last night of his life (we all know that the feelings Laszlo had for Sean extended beyond just platonic friendship, and so my references to Laszlo/Nadja and Laszlo/Sean indicate that it's not just platonic between Laszlo/Colin by the end of season 3)

Still thinking about how after Colin "died" Laszlo tried to deal with his grief in such an extreme way by allowing all of Colin's photos to be destroyed, saying he didn't care, trying to camoflauge himself in indifference alongside the others so no one would try to talk to him about Colin, wanting to move on entirely and forget about Colin because it hurt too much, but ultimately not actually being able to just move on, not allowing anyone to touch or move Colin's body, and being extremely reluctant to leave the house.

Still thinking about how after Laszlo realised Colin was alive but in a weak and vulnerable state, he didn't tell anyone. He kept it to himself until the letter he wrote to Nadja, in which he himself draws parallels between when he first met Nadja and loved her and felt the need to protect her because she was vulnerable then, and the current state Colin is in now. Colin is now to Laszlo what Nadja was to him all that time ago: someone for him to protect and stand by until Laszlo's protection is no longer needed.

Still thinking about how season 3 showed that Laszlo is the most caring vampire in the house, but he hides that, lies, and puts up a front, because to be gentle, loving and caring in the vampire world is to be weak, and vampires that are tough and ruthless are applauded most. And yet he does deeply care so much about Colin, who I'd say is really the second most caring vampire in the house, being the first to call them all a family, and being unashamed in admitting that the others are very dear to him. Unlike Nandor and Nadja who cringe at open signs of gentle affection, Laszlo and Colin would be able to be open with each other in such a way.
