#if anyone has been keeping up w the sas's broken body chronicles#last week i actually found out that i have a 9/9 beighton score#which means i am not broken! i am just incredibly hypermobile!#and because of that my back is supporting my entire upper body bc it cant handle a lot of stress#so that fucks up my posture and everything#SO. i finally have actual confirmation that thats whats wrong and like. i already thought so but to have a professional say it too -#- just really helps#and she actually knows how to help me now bc shes specialised in this area unlike the other therapists i saw#so yeah! good things. im very happy even tho i am going to have to work really hard to fix my posture lmao#s.txt#adding#chronic pain tag#as well bc i do not think this is going away ever but god i hope itll get less as i go along
