A little funny story: my friends has this big dog that i met for the first time, my other friend, was scared cause the dog is approaching, i squeaked when i saw his face and can tell he's young. And I was right! having fostered and cared for 70+ animals, really has perks where u can distinguish personalities and age. Whenever I paint, i always paint with intention. I started this shop not for competition in commercial business. I am already is a professional artist u see, & art has been in my blood since childhoold, my fraternal side is of the arts, my greatgreat grandfather is a sculptor, my father and uncles are painters. I studied arts, and my rates are higher, but what you are paying for is not the price, but the time, creativity spent creating it. and hence, I don't just accept any order. • What constitutes copyright violation?

Copyright infringement occurs when there is a violation of the economic rights granted to the copyright owner, or to the owners of related rights. It may also consist in aiding or abetting such infringement.

• Is there a copyright law on the internet?

Yes. The Philippines had acceded to the WIPO Copyright Treaty and WIPO Performances and Phonograms Treaty (collectively known as the “WIPO Internet Treaties” in March 2002. The treaties entered into force here on October 4, 2002. The Internet Treaties were formulated to update and improve the protection afforded by the existing copyright treaties. They ensure that the copyright holders will continue to be protected when their works are disseminated through the Internet.
