COUNTACH EXPERIENCE OFFERS FRACTIONAL SHARES WITH NFT AND BALBONI-DRIVEN RIDE-ALONG TO SOME INVESTORS
(Atlanta, Georgia) March 31, 2023 — ’87 Countach Experience, a CryptoIntelXcompany, announces a unique approach to investing at the intersection of cryptocurrency and tangible assets. Fractional shares of a 1987 Lamborghini Countach are being offered in March of 2023. The Non-Fungible Token (NFT) acts as a receipt for the fractional ownership share. As the name implies, Countach Experience will distribute ownership experiences from the restoration process to NFT holders. Valentino Balboni and his cohorts built Countach in the Lamborghini factory back in the 1970s and 1980s, bringing their firsthand knowledge to this restoration dream team. As the process unfolds, video updates and behind-the-scenes interviews will be exclusively available to the NFT holders. Countach Experience is also offering factory and shop tours with a ride-along bonus in Italy for some initial investors.
Real estate developer Chip Bulloch started CryptoIntelX.com in 2023 to analyze, educate and speculate in the developing space of cryptocurrencies. His successes in real estate have focused the company at the junction of digital and ‘real world, physical,’ tangible assets, increasingly called ‘phygital.’ Applying blockchain concepts to his real estate investment background, he studied tokenization and fractional share issuances for use in land development projects. Bulloch felt the time was right for CryptoIntelX.com to craft a bridge between digital and tangible investments by complementing the fractional share of an actual collectible car with a receipt secured by blockchain; resulting in the Countach Experience NFT.
Fractional or corporately owned collectible car investments aren’t new. The shares offered constitute a share of ownership in a vehicle, conveying a proportionate amount of benefit and risk, usually without the responsibility of maintenance or restoration management. Similar fractional collectible car offerings generally aren’t secured by a blockchain component nor convey the same experiential considerations. They also appreciate only by the variable of market fluctuations while other manageable variables do exist; condition/restoration, campaign/awards, confirming neutral or positive unknown history.
By applying tokenization to this Italian investment vehicle - instead of digital art as many NFT have been thus far - the fractional share of the Countach is among the growing number of tangible asset backed NFT. Upon finding that the legendary Lamborghini factory test driver Valentino Balboni could do the restoration, Bulloch realized others might like to participate in the ownership experience. Bulloch is also the producer of the 2004 cult classic documentary reviewing Lamborghini history, “Lamborghini Experience - 40 Years of Excellence,” so he recognized the serendipitous nature of the project was worth sharing. NFT provide an ideal platform for sharing the ownership experience in a way otherwise reserved for traditional car ownership.
Fifty-one (51) of the 100 shares will be held by Mr. Bulloch, six (6) remain of the first ten packages offered at USD$8000 per share. Another 10 will be offered in a second tier, differently packaged. Countach Experience shareholders can trade or auction their shares. Assets that, by nature are indivisible into smaller units may still be tokenized to enable smaller, more liquid denominations with the distribution of ownership benefits and risks without owning the entire asset. Similarly, fractionalization makes large assets more accessible to a group of like-minded investors, while also breaking down the investment into smaller units of risk, benefit and commitment that can appeal to a greater number of investors. It can be a great way for investors who aren’t ready to commit to an entire project single-handedly yet still enjoy a process like restoration with a close, invited group, yet incurring little if any management expectations and maintaining some level of liquidity.
A reasonably bullish valuation considering the car’s 20+ years of single ownership by a serial Countach owner who happens to be the producer of a Lamborghini documentary, added to Valentino Balboni’s restoration team’s factory pedigree all add to the car’s provenance. Balboni and Bulloch can be relied upon to optimize this exotic design icon, making a USD$700,000 to USD$800,000 USD valuation reasonable, yet the additional owner-exclusive experiential components are valuable on their own merit. Custom automotive art, video production, and blockchain projects require liquidity, expertise, and curatorial creativity. Mr. Bulloch’s team’s perspective delivers well-informed content, providing exclusive access to NFT shareholders and potentially a limited release later to a wider audience. Factory, shop, museum tours, and ride along with Valentino Balboni are available to the first ten shares, and though one must make their own way to Italy, it’s an experience otherwise not for sale.
The collectible car community is familiar with auctioned vehicles for use in the real world. Internet gamers are more familiar with online auctioned NFTs which often represent digital artwork secured by blockchain for use or trade in the metaverse. For further car community context, the highly publicized Barrett-Jackson NFTs auctioned in 2021 and 2022 included no portion nor physical access to any vehicle - just the promise of owning an exciting moment on the block by way of digital content secured by blockchain. Some would argue that no event or moment in time can be owned. Others found it confusing to see imagery of a car on the famous car auction block without an actual car or tangible automotive item or ephemera being sold.
Tangible assets generally have holding and improvement costs in addition to market changes. Holding costs may include legal, monthly maintenance, storage, and insurance expenses. Like the 4C’s of diamond evaluation, collectible cars have 3 main variables: desirability, provenance, and condition. Restoration can require shipping a car overseas and finding correct rare parts, skills, services, and records. Adding historical documentation can add some value to older cars if unknowns exist, but restoration is generally the most significant improvable variable. The condition can be forcibly increased or decreased (independent of market fluctuations) through restoration, while the value of a tangible asset such as real estate or vintage vehicles is also impacted by the market or its desirability.
In collectibles, supply is limited by the production volume of a past model year, usually a well-known number. Attrition reduces the total number of extant examples of a model, with restorable “barn finds” very rarely adding to the total number of cars. Usually, available supply for a particular model is limited to only a handful of examples offered in a given year, with only some transactions publicized by auctions. Restoration of such assets requires deep and siloed subject matter expertise to obtain optimal value, yet often there are few experts respected for a particular marque or even model.
Countach Experience offers not only a share in the financial outcome but also the pleasures, artful discoveries, mechanical intricacies, and camaraderie of such projects without the unknown headaches and stress that usually arise in the management and funding of such undertakings. The car and restoration team tick the boxes for provenance and condition, and its design, desirability, and market trends in investing and collectible cars all appear quite favorable. Demographics and historical significance of the design will synergize with beautifully crafted imagery to enhance this historic offering.
While the Countach Experience investment is available only to accredited investors, and risk always exists, its insured value is USD$750,000 - should a claim require proportionate distribution. Unlike the Sam Bankman Fried debacle, wherein funds disappeared entirely, the risk is reduced by the asset’s insured, real-world existence. While digital-asset-backed cryptocurrency NFTs have their market ups and downs, some might say that a physical Lamborghini currency is worth more than a fiat currency - definitely more fun to own.

1964 Lamborghini 1R tractor !
It’s kind of hard to imagine today, but there was a time when the Raging Bull wasn’t known for building supercars. Decades before the iconic Countach was even a concept, Ferruccio Lamborghini got his start building tractors.
Italy was trying to rebuild itself after the World War II, and the businessman saw an opportunity. In 1948, he started Lamborghini Trattori, a company that soon became one of the country’s biggest agricultural equipment manufacturers.
The business, which is still in operation to this day, was so fruitful that Lamborghini was eventually able to turn his attention to his true passion, high-performance sports cars, by the middle of the 1960s.
Lamborghini’s first tractors were made using spare military vehicle parts, but by this point, the company was producing finely tuned machines. The 1R was the company’s best-selling model during this period and was powered by an air-cooled 1.5-liter twin-cylinder diesel engine that produced a whopping 26 hp.
The tractor sports a stunning blue-and-orange paint job that looks more like something you’d see at an exotic car show than on a farm. This particular 1R was once part of a Lamborghini family friend’s collection and was recently restored by Garage961, the only tractor restorer officially sanctioned by the Museo Ferruccio Lamborghini.

1984 Lamborghini Countach replica for sale
youtube
This is the model everybody was making back in the day and we don't suggest it now there's a new contact and it's nice but really have to do a few years ago or to get all pissed off you can replicate this one and change the wheel wells it's probably a better way to go a lot of people are doing it this is actually an original Lamborghini a real one the guy's monkey around being like 10 different guys trying to restore it and it's Trump and wasted tons of time everybody was was beating him up for doing something stupid and saying that was a replica but in the end it's the one that you should replicate and just make the wheel wells and change the tires to lower profile make their wheel well smaller the only thing would look great it's thoroughly modern as a matter of fact it looks better than a new one
Thor Freya top speed of 450 mph with the performance kit on the standard 130 horsepower VW engine and there are some people doing it
Olympus
We saw some people run and try and get their old ones and they heard what our son was saying they changed the wheel to fit the VW and zero profile that makes it faster with zero profile is less wind resistance and drag and you don't get all this weird currents and unless I have to fly and we agree there's a couple other reasons it looks much better and the tires you do low profile with the right rims and the new one doesn't look as cool as this one and they started on it right away you know a few people are doing it
Frank Castle hardcastle
It's best to be known you're doing it if you're just we know you probably won't be doing it at all
Duke nukem Blockbuster
And we're out to stop you from doing it

1974 Lamborghini Countach “Walter Wolf”
Many people know of the Lamborghini Countach, regarded as one of the most iconic and influential supercars ever, but not many know of the Walter Wolf Countach. This Canadian who owned his own Formula I racing team bought several Lamborghini's, at on point he even considered to buy the factory completely to save it. His first Countach was a white LP400, a fairly standard model, but Walter Wolf became famous for his 'special' Countach, he had three of them made, all equipped with a specially designed 5.0-Liter engine. In September 1974, Wolf received his first 'customized' Countach, a bright red LP400, this car was equipped with the special 5.0-Liter engine and large Pirelli P7 tires, which required enlarged wheel-arches, a front spoiler and an adjustable rear wing were also installed. Along with a special F1-type steering wheel with 'Walter Wolf' engraved in it,special AP disc brakes with eight calipers and a Borg & Beck double-disc clutch, it all added up to an unique Countach. A year later, in early 1976, Walter Wolf bought his second 'special' Countach, was modified the same way as his first car, the 5.O-Liter engine was put into this chassis, but it remained a Lamborghini property, it wasn't owned by Wolf himself. This car was finished in a brilliant Bugatti light-blue, with natural leather upholstery, gold colored wheels and pin striping. The wheel-arch extensions were black and this time the rear wing was electrically adjustable from within the cockpit. This car also featured Walter Wolf signets and Canadian flags. This particular car was recently restored and is currently owned by a German.Wolf's third 'special' was actually the first LP400 S built. He had the same 5.0-Liter engine installed, together with his double-disc Borg & Beck F1-type clutch and the eight-caliper disc brakes, which were now fully adjustable from within the cockpit

Lamborghini Takes a Look Back at its First SUV
[See image gallery at www.autoguide.com] As Lamborghini gets ready to debut its new Urus SUV, the Italian automaker is looking back at its LM002. Set to debut on December 4, the Lamborghini Urus SUV isn’t the company’s first utility vehicle. In fact, the Urus arrives 25 years after the Lamborghini LM002 ceased production. Widely considered the “father of luxury SUVs,” Lamborghini Polo Storico restored LM002 chassis-number 12231 from the Lamborghini museum so everyone can appreciate a bit of its history. According to the Italian automaker, the Lamborghini LM002’s development started as a project to develop a high-performance, off-road vehicle for military use at the end of the 1970s with the name of Cheetah. The project was then restored in 1981 with the LM001 with Lamborghini engineer Giulio Alfieri at the helm. The LM001 was an innovative concept with a rear-mounted engine, and was followed by the LMA prototype with a front-mounted powertrain. SEE ALSO: The Lamborghini Urus SUV Will Debut December 4 The production LM002 first made its debut at the 1986 Brussels Auto Show, which consolidated the final design featuring a V12 engine from the Countach Quattrovalvole, a 5.2-liter engine with 450 horsepower. Lamborghini’s first SUV featured an aluminum and fiberglass body, a four-wheel-drive transmission, transfer case, and three self-locking differentials. It was capable of exceeding gradients of 120 percent while reaching speeds of over 124 mph (200 km/h). It also wore specially-developed Pirelli Scorpion tires, giving it “floating” capabilities across soft surfaces like sand, while remaining highly durable in hot conditions. A total of 300 units were produced from 1986 to 1992 and now, 25 years later, Lamborghini is ready to introduce a new Super SUV class of its own with the Urus. Discuss this story on our Lamborghini Forum The post Lamborghini Takes a Look Back at its First SUV appeared first on AutoGuide.com News.

1979 Lamborghini Countach from “The Cannonball Run”
When The Cannonball Run came out in 1981, it marked the big-screen debut of arguably the most famous Lamborghini Countach ever: a black LP400 S, driven in the cross-country race by the unitard-wearing babes played by Adrienne Barbeau and Tara Buckman.
Today, that Countach LP400 is officially a historic vehicle, having been entered into the National Historic Vehicle Register of significant automobiles. The announcement from the Hagerty Drivers Foundation, which maintains the Register, came on the heels of the 50th anniversary of the iconic model, which Lamborghini will celebrate by releasing the limited-edition Countach LPI 800-4. Chassis #1121112, now owned by Jeff Ippoliti, has become the 30th entry in the Registrar of historic vehicles, a title most appropriate for a car that sparked a frenzy of illegal races in real life and a cult following like no other.
Imported from the SEA Auto in Rome and lent to the production of The Cannonball Run, the Countach was bought once the shoot ended by Terry Bernius, a good friend of star Burt Reynolds.
During his ownership, the interior was changed from mustard (Senape) to burgundy. Ippoliti bought it from him and conducted a full restoration, including on the interior, which is mustard again. He hardly ever drives it, having vouched to keep it in impeccable shape, as it was seen in the movie. The Countach joins the 1970 Dodge Challenger Black Ghost, the 1966 Ford Mustang from Bullit and the 1981 De Lorean DMC-12 from Back to the Future.

The 2022 Lamborghini Countach Lpi 800-4 Arrives Within The U S
Of course, it’s blessed with all-wheel drive, accelerating from km/h in just 2.8 seconds, km/h in 8.6 seconds and attaining a prime speed of 355 km/h. The last define is pure and uncluttered, with references to the primary LP 500 and LP 400 production model. The sharp inclination of the greenhouse adopts the straight strains redolent of the original Countach, adjoining the highly effective, clear front-to-rear line. There isn't any fastened rear wing outdoors the pure strains, and the airscoops are built-in fluidly in the sturdy shoulders of the automobile, embellished with the distinctive Countach slatted ‘gills'. Priced at roughly $2.64 million USD each, considerably more than the Aventador S’ $400,000 USD price tag, many rich collectors were drawn to the supercar‘s 50th-anniversary standing and comparatively low manufacturing numbers.
The new Countach could be one of two special editions of the V-12 to be launched in 2021, both primarily based on the Aventador and presumably using expertise from the Lamborghini Sián. So, it’s only acceptable that the latest rendition of probably the greatest cars in the world finds its way onto the Stelvio Pass. Today, Larson’s thought appears to help explain why so many new fanatic automobiles stay deeply rooted prior to now – and sure will for some time to come back.
The interior additionally flaunts a devoted “Stile” button that explains the design philosophy of Lamborghini Countach. Other interior features embody Apple CarPlay, a number of driving modes, and climate control. The company claims that because of this impressive powertrain, the Lamborghini Countach 0-60 is 2.7 seconds. Moreover, Lamborghini has made carbon fiber body new lamborghini countach panels and monocoque chassis, and the new Countach weighs three,516 lb only. The reincarnated Lamborghini Countach was recalled last week for a problem referring to the vehicle’s glass engine cover, a National Highway Traffic Safety Administration filing said.
A dual-compound tread and asymmetric design deliver the right steadiness to realize excessive speeds on track in addition to generating the required amount of grip and traction. On prime of that, the P Zero Corsa provides resistance to the excessive thermodynamic stresses created by the vehicles that they are fitted to, Pirelli mentioned. Like the originals, the new Countach also has four tailpipes which would possibly be, in this model, linked to a carbon rear diffuser. “Because we have never accomplished these tailpipes , and to mix it with a diffuser to help the discount of backpressure, that was one of the largest challenges from an engineering perspective,” Reggiani mentioned. The powertrain is based on the hybrid V12 used in the Aventador Ultimae but with the hybrid motor similar to the one it packs on the Sián hybrid. The exterior seems much like those vehicles too, with a lot of cues from the original Countach, including the wedge-shaped front, long seamless roofline, angular silhouette and outstanding air intakes on the doors.
We knew from the beginning that 2021 was going to take some surprising twists, but we by no means thought we might be writing about the return of the Lamborghini Countach. But the supercar great that widened eyes and hastened heartbeats of children and wealthy businessmen all through the Eighties is again, and never in a restored or restomodded way. The all-new Countach LPI debuts at The Quail as a Countach reimagined for 2021, with modernized styling and a supercapacitor-driven V12 hybrid four-wheel drive. The 2022 Lamborghini Countach LPI captures the essence of this audacious automotive icon in a car that claims as a lot concerning the Italian automaker’s future as it does about its past. Even the designation tells us a lot about the automobile, the LP refers to the longitudinal positioning of the drivetrain. The I is for the Italian word for hybrid, 800 is near its horsepower, and the 4 refers to its all-wheel-drive configuration.
With a small cameo look in the Furious 7 and a quick look through the Superbowl, the Arab world’s first supercar firm wasn’t holding again with getting some good press coverage. If you weren’t positive simply how costly it is, remember this automotive costs greater than LaFerrari and McLaren P1 put together. It has a six-speed guide gearbox, a small, highly effective, and naturally-aspirated V-12 engine, and a standard three-seat structure. The Gordon Murray T.50 has an impressive prime speed of 220 mph (354 km/h). The Jesko Absolut reaches a high velocity of 330 mph (or 531 km/h); as of now, we’re still left to surprise in regards to the breathtaking acceleration stats this highly effective automobile must produce.
The vented intake is most reminiscent of the 1971 idea automobile and not the production Countach that followed three years later, which changed these vents with a bigger, boxy intake. But the model new automotive does also have a squared-off consumption too, and we are able to additionally see a fuel cap -- or maybe it is a cost port. The improvements in engine and transmission placement labored, with the first-generation Countach making 325 bhp @ 7,500 rpm and 260 ft lbs @ 5,500 rpm, resulting new lamborghini countach in a really fast zero to 60 mph in round 5.9 seconds and high speed of 181 mph. The whole cockpit and roof panels, central transmission tunnel, door sills and the entrance and rear have been made in a single piece of composite. Between 1980 and 1983, Formula One employed the Countach as its Safety Car in the course of the Monaco Grand Prix. We definitely think all safety cars should look as cool as this Countach should have during the early 1980s.
Well, it is nice that you're undoubtedly hyped now, as a end result of there is additionally the RLCS Winter Major! By the way, Lamborghini is the official sponsor of this multi-day occasion in sunny Los Angeles... Oh yeah, Rocket League and Lamborghini, a better new lamborghini countach love story than Twilight. The Winter Major will take place from March 23 to 27, and we have already coated which groups are competing in a separate article. Stay in the know with our newsletters that comprise all the most recent information, tales and occasion info.
That motor runs off a supercapicitor, which may recharge sooner by way of regenerative braking and dump its power more quickly than a regular battery. In addition to a slight boost in energy, the electrical motor creates sooner and smoother acceleration. The Countach will go from 0-62 in 2.eight seconds, get to 124 mph in eight.6 seconds and hit a top speed of 221 mph. Using a naturally aspirated 6.5-litre V12 engine mixed with Lamborghini’s hybrid technology developed for the Sián, the Countach LPI produces as much as 803 complete horsepower.

Overview of Lamborghini's past
If you've been keeping up with Lamborghini's history, you already know how it started. The Diablo, the P250 Urraco, the Countach, and the first Lamborghini will all be covered in this article. Nuccio Bertone approached Lamborghini with the notion of designing a shoe that matched his foot, and that was where everything began. Marcello Gandini, a young designer, joined Bertone at the same time as Giorgetto Giugiaro left to found Ital Design.
The Italian company Lamborghini makes supercars. The Countach, Espada, and Jarama made comprised its initial model lineup. The Urraco S, a mid-range sports car with a V12 engine, was also produced in 1974. The LM002 is an off-road vehicle that the business also produces.
There are a few similarities between the Lamborghini Diablo and its biblical name. First, it has roots in Spanish bullfighting, which gave Ferruccio Lamborghini the idea for his renowned supercar. The name also pays homage to the brave bull that the Duke of Veragua reared. The first person to engage in a bullfight with the Diablo gave the bull its official moniker in Madrid, where it made its debut in Europe in 1869.
A mid-engined sports automobile called the Lamborghini P250 Urraco was modeled after the Porsche 911. The Urraco was first advertised as a two-seater with an inconvenient back seat. Then, it was built with a V8 engine and a mid-engined configuration. The early 1970s saw Ferruccio Lamborghini decide to launch an entry level model into his line, which is when this car's history began. To compete with the Porsche 911 and Dino 244, he sought to develop a V8-powered model because, at the time, his company only made vehicles with V12 engines.
One of the most recognizable supercars ever produced is the Lamborghini Countach, which has been in production for more than 40 years. The initial model was created by Marcello Gandini, who had also created the Lancia Stratos Zero concept car, and it was released in 1971. It helped set the bar for supercar design with features like its scissor doors and cab-forward design. The first generation of Countachs had a potent V12 engine and was built in 1990. Unfortunately, only 2,049 of these were made in all.
2007 saw the introduction of the Lamborghini Reventon. A 20-car production run was announced, with a price of $1,510,000 before taxes. The Reventon rode the hype train despite the worldwide economic crisis that dried up many millionaires' pockets. Stephan Winkelmann, for instance, secured a Reventon for himself.
The genesis of the Lamborghini 350 GTV began in the late 1990s when Romano Bernardoni purchased a dilapidated prototype from the Ferrari factory. It required immediate repair, and the new owner had to undergo a lengthy restoration process, including a V12 engine replacement. The body was then painted metallic green from the original green.
The Aventador coupe is a sports car using the Lamborghini SV as its foundation. The vehicle has a revised front end with two front wings and a front skirt that extends forward. Significant downforce is produced by this design, which enhances steering response, turn-in at high speeds, and handling and stability. The vehicle's massive front air intakes also contribute to better brake cooling.
In1987, the first Lamborghini 350 GT was built. Carlo Anderloni, also known for creating Alfa Romeo bodywork, created it. The 350 GT prototype was turned into a production model by the two businesses. Then it was sold to a car dealer in Italy.
