Designer Spotlight on Martha Schneider of La Maison in North Hills in Raleigh. Martha is currently working on not one but two designer Show Houses, DJF Builders Designer Show House and Hargett Street Designer Showhome, both. benefitting two wonderful causes, The Boys and Girls Club and the YMCA, respectively. These renderings are for the DJF Show House and Martha filled us in! 1. If you could name this space, what would you call it? MS: The space is called: “The glamorous gathering space that will make you BLUSH!” 2. What’s your favorite thing about this project? MS: My favorite thing about this project was using my love for design to benefit the amazing charity, Boys and Girls Club of Wake County! 3. Describe your design style/ design philosophy in three sentences or less! MS: Martha is the owner/designer of la maison home boutique in the North Hills shopping center in Raleigh - The boutique offers home furnishings, gifts, accessories, lighting and houses Martha’s design studio. Martha’s focus on design and function meets beauty and style in all of her projects. Her love of art, texture, and fine furnishings along with her attention to detail makes every space special for her clients.
