Lake is the kind of girl who wants to swim in a pond or stream near her home. But, she doesn't feel some sort of cleansing in this natural water well. Instead she makes herself muddy. She likes to feel the dirt and the wet clothes cling to her legs. She likes to feel wet hair sticking to the back of her neck. Because, dirt is real, she is alive. School was too sterile, she needs to run that cold and dry feeling off of her skin by getting moss stuck to her toes and hay in her hair.

How does Fiasco feel about he and Lake’s watch chat, does he believe she will help Vynn if Fiasco can’t?

Fiasco’s mind is on the concept of death pretty heavily. For the third time people around him have been forced to face their mortalities while he’s stood by completely unharmed. He felt like he needs to start planning for what happens when it’s over for him, because soon enough, his luck will run out.

Fiasco doesn’t think Lake alone could save Vynn. They do, however, think Lake can lead the party to doing what’s right, and to saving someone he loves as deeply as lake understands he does. Does that make sense?

Shoot some more asks! Haven’t had some good fiasco introspection in a while.

Which PC dying would change the story the most for the party right now? Which NPC dying would change the story the most, excluding the bigwigs like the Lords of the Nine and such.

There’s only so much I can divulge, but Johnny Goldfiddle or Lake Galatfire dying would definitely complicate things. And of course, if Sparrow dies, the “in” with information surrounding the Gildharts is gone, which is potentially troublesome.

In a more general sense, obviously Asmodeus dying would send ripples throughout the cosmos. On a more grounded level, the deaths of any Archdevil would greatly swing the tide, depending on which one. As for mortals, Richtor Gildhart’s death in an unexpected vacuum may collapse Freyglen and open the door for Hell’s continued march. Similarly, either King Dragonhide or Lady Levastra’s deaths would remove an important check on Richtor’s influence.

The path grows ever more unstable. Troubling times indeed…

Now, I have said, that I will make and eat this sandwich. Unfortunately I hate veggies with a passion, but very lucky for us Fiasco waited until after Stick died to put in his order, so I will not be including the veggies. To honor Stick I will put onion, bc we are crying in the club tonight (club sandwich) anyway. I will also not put hummus on my sandwich, bc I think Lionel got too excited about the sauce and I don't want my sandwich to be that wet.

Mark you calendars, because October 5, 2024 I will make and eat the Chain Breakers Sandwich. If I fail, only the sage is allowed to shame me, none of you hoes (ardowin hoes that is...) ok I'll stop.
