And yes, we did the ultra-touristy thing anyone can possibly do in La Habana and that is have daiquiris at La Floridita...been there and did that. The first one I had the way Hemingway did...without sugar. The bartender got a little pissed I think, he was gruff and said, “A daiquiri is sweet, you know!” I said, I know. It was good. Then I had a regular one, and that was good. But man! The place is like visiting Times Square...but this time I was one of the douchey tourists. But have to say, he daiquiri was pretty good, and they were very generous with the Havana Club... #lafloridita #rum #daquiri #havana #cuba #havanaclub (at La Floridita)
