Laethil to Kelothac:
Drow hate surface elves, which may explain Kelothac's bad attitude towards Laethil. But should Laethil tolerate this since it's part of drow culture? I don't think he should. Besides, he couldn't physically harm Kelothac. At the same time, Laethil's plan was definitely not to make Kelothac an evil deity, who will destroy the world. Everyone always forgets that. And twists the facts as they please.

Barabun/Laethil
okay listen.
today I was talking with my friend and she told me: it's interesting to watch this ship from the point of view that now baradun KNOWS how it feels to study magic from the first levels. After all, there is a very good reason for the ladder from enemies to lovers
And you know what? I can't stop thinking about it. I like to think about how slowly Laethil's envy developed, which stifled and got worse every year. After all, everything was so terribly easy for Baradun. But now. They can both understand each other.

Is Billandra okay after he remembered how he lost his mother and realized that he did a lot of wrong things while all three hags were alive?
Very unwell, but trying to cope
((OOC: I usually portray the character when he's in a better state))

Is there on tumblr anyone here who primarily loves NPC D&D characters and didn't know about VLDL guys at all before watching this show? I am one of those people. Yes, I ship Laethil/Yarris, that's my OTP, and I also ship Laethil/Baradun and Laethil/Kelothac. But I had absolutely no idea who the VLDL guys were until I got into the NPC D&D (now known as Adventures of Azerim) fandom.

OK so I've asked this in the guildhall on facebook before but didn’t get an answer, and I don't wanna be a confused little Rowan going into the next episode. 😂
So...Laethil made a deal with the hags so it would be easier for him to continue his research because he's not held back by his empathy or hopes for redemption... But we don't know if there was a specific reason for that, right? We don't know if he's working towards something specific that is extremely important, so important that he's willing to like, "sell his soul" for it? I mean he probably is, but we don't know what it is yet, right?

Maybe I'm not so good at drawing, but I want to see more content about the characters that I like. Fanfiction, fanart, anything. And since it is almost non-existent here I must post this. Laethil and Kelothac (whose hand is visible here)

Now, those who want Laethil dead have decided to take a different approach, claiming that Kelothac needs to be saved, which means Laethil must die.
But:
• Why do people think Kelothac was ever good? He’s a drow. Who are often not implied to be the ones who are the good guys. Besides, he is a drow who abused Laethil. The hag’s line about this, if I remember correctly, was similar to what was said in BG3 about a wizard who abused his apprentice.
• Why does BatD need to choose who to save if Kelothac wasn’t evil? Can’t they try to save both?
• Why do people even think that Kelothac, who knew about the prophecy and was actively seeking it, wasn’t trying to become a deity himself? Maybe he’s content with the fact that he’s now a god of revenge (or in this non-classical D&D the dark lord, but in fact it is the one who has the functions of a deity) and doesn’t need to be same as before .
In the meantime, there’s still an option to save Laethil and leave Kelothac (Lako'thec) as he is or make it the same as he was before (I doubt he'll even want to). Any decision can be made without the need for either of them to die.
P.S. And yes, they might even try to persuade the hag to break the pact. I’m not sure how they would manage that, though. But who knows what they could come up with. In any case, it's still a possibility.

I'm sad because there is so little interesting content for me in the NPC dnd. but this sadness turns me into a monster who wants to write fanfiction.
Laethil to the brutos song? Damn right.
The meeting of Adam and Baradun? Why not
Bob/Baradun? PLEASE.
It's just spinning in my head. I'm crazy fr.

What's wrong with your finger in the photo with the elf dessert? Is this a birthmark or a burn?
It's a bruise. I often have bruises and hematomas on my fingers due to overzealous study of magic and frequent use of magic. ((OOC: it's really a bruise. And I thought it would be very in character to Laethil have it. And I didn't paint it over or cover it with something))

I love Yarris because he was a good person but was forced to work for Laethil. He wasn't that terrible. Even when people came to capture and execute him, he simply turned them back with magic (episode 38). And I don't want him to be made into a terrible person.
I kinda love Laethil, but it's also not because he's evil. But because long time ago he wasn't evil and I believed that he had a chance for redemption. And what Rob said earlier? Before all the shit hits the fan? He may be a person with a gray morality. I believed to Rob that time. Now Rob is proud of Laethil's evil act. I don't. And I don't like plans to make him even worse. He was bad enough. I wanted to see that "possible gray morality". But that's not what I see. And I'm disappointed of the plot of this story. It's is not as complex as I thought.
I still pray that Kelothac can be saved and not killed. Here the shit hasn't hits the fan yet. I'm still hopeful…

And with these absolutely innocent gifs in the background, I want to say that I really like the atmosphere in the tavern, it adds +500 points to my interest.
I've been very involved in the plot since the Laethil's announcement. So interesting.
