Artist's comment: well...kinda wanted to make Wolfsmund and Deception crossover, since one heavily reminds me of another

By me: Aw, the Devil's children sure have a lot to talk about! How's daddy doing?

The irony is that the villains from Wolfsmund were going to establish a German monarchy, thus setting on the path to unify the Holy Roman Empire, and in the good ending of Deception IV Laegrinna unites the whole world. It's also nice that this ending shows that even the government providing such large-scale stability only enjoys the support of the majority of its citizens, not everyone. I. e. even in the best organized society there'll be a number of people who cannot and/or won't want to live in it. You can’t drag everyone into a bright future.

I'm 10000% sold on going back to using LBB on Zeno 🥵 the LBB conversion of this outfit doesn't have the sword belt the original has though and that is essential to his character, so I'll be changing that because the alternative is giving him an accessory he'd end up stabbing Laegrinna with every time they try to make out.

And of course, Laegrinna demanded to be included in this post too and who am I to say no to her?

This is Hallowsims Storm, a hair converted for TS2 by @davinaojeda. The included mesh file is the version that @simborg shared here with CU & TF fixes and FtM conversion, which I further edited a little for smoother bone assignment. It's for CU-EU, in my Pooklet-Digi-Io palette and in 2 different textures: dreads & twists (see pictures under the cut). I used these recolors by @dark-side-laegrinna as base. Polycount: 8.5k.

Download for F sims only: SFS / Mega Download for M sims only: SFS / Mega Download for F&M: SFS / Mega

All recolors are binned and familied except for Naberius which is in the custom bin. I use Grenade both as a blond for toddlers-adults and as a grey for elders - if you don't want Grenade for elders, just delete the files that end with "_grenade_EUgrey".

Trapping's 3t2 Modern Braids for PU-EU. The meshes are edited versions of @rented-space's meshes with transparency fixes, see detailed previews under the cut. Polycount: 4.2k.

Mesh edits

My edited meshes are compatible with other existing recolors (which you can find at the database), polycounts stay unchanged.

I went a bit overboard for no reason, the originals were fine. I just wanted to fix the slight clipping on the left side of the AF forehead, but then I thought I'd move the hairline further back on the sides and before I knew it I had edited all ages on both sexes in several small ways that I don't expect many people to view as significant improvements. Oh well.

And you can't see it on these previews but I made the bone assignment a bit smoother at the back, so the hair will move a bit more naturally when sims turn their heads.

I saw that Koei-Warriors was doing an art challenge, so I took the opportunity to contribute more Deception fanart!! I also sort of see this as a redraw of this piece from 2014 (but with clothes so it follows the challenge's rules ofc). I certainly have come a long way with Paint Tool SAI lol. Can't wait for Laegrinna and Millennia's appearance in Warriors All-Stars!!!
