🚫 I Do Not Believe In The F Word…⁣⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀ as in F-A-T word. I used to say it to myself all the time, like no joke. In college, I had all these hot roommates. I was cursed with hot roommates, okay? I was always telling myself: “Oh, I’m just the fat friend. All my other friends cute in every freaking outfit. ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ Everything they put on looks amazing, and then there’s me in my baggy sweatpants and in my baggy sweatshirt trying to hide my body from the world.” ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ Now, I don’t believe in the F word, I think that you should never use it, especially when saying it towards yourself. If this is something that you say about yourself, or other people joke about, you HAVE TO STOP! ⁣⠀⠀⠀ ⁣⠀⠀⠀ You are not fat. ⠀⠀ You have fat.⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ That is something I realized later.. .You have fat. You also have fingernails, right? Does that make you a fingernail? Taylor is straight up TRANSFORMATION MOTIVATION 😍🤩⠀ Not only has she gone through an AMAZING physical change⠀ but complete confidence and mental transformation AS WELL. ⠀ All while supporting and uplifting her LadyBoss sisters ⠀ YOU ARE A ROCK STAR GIRL!!!⠀ I AM SO PROUD OF YOU⠀ ⠀ Her journey and words 👇⠀ 💬Month 3: Unplanned (but welcomed) pregnancy⠀ 💬Month 5: Devastating miscarriage⠀ 💬Month 7: Hospitalization for increased depression and suicidal ideation⠀ 💬Month 8: Took my "day 1" pictures and decided to try this journey one last time. Finished my suicide plan & chose my "death day" for when I inevitably would fail at improving my life yet again.⠀ 💬Month 9: SURVIVED MY DEATH DAY (didn't even attempt)! My life improved the slightest bit, making me realize that maybe my depression wouldn't always be so bad.⠀ 💬Month 10: Committed to this lifestyle change both physically and mentally.⠀ 💬Month 12: Lost 20 lbs & 18 inches⠀ 💬Month 15: Lost a total of 34 lbs⠀ 💬Month 22: Applied to graduate school (something I never imagined I would have the mental strength to even consider)⠀ 💬Month 24: GOT ACCEPTED INTO A GRADUATE PROGRAM FOR SCHOOL PSYCHOLOGY⠀ 💬Month 26: After 7 very long years, I got my Bachelor's degree! I almost dropped out countless times and could never see a light at the end of the tunnel - until I adopted the ladyboss mentality⠀ 💬Month 28: I've maintained the 30ish pound weight loss for almost a year, have continued to lose inches and %body fat, and continue to gain muscle. Now that I'm positive these changes are long lasting, I'm refocusing on losing more instead of maintaining.⠀ The photos below are my "before" and "current" progress photos. There is about 2 years between these photos. Without giving context, 2 years seems slow to a lot of women. Slower than they would like for themselves. But I am proud of my transformation. 🥑 CUCUMBER AVOCADO ROLLS ⠀ ⠀ 🍽 INGREDIENTS: ⠀ 1 avocado ⠀ 2 tsp lime juice ⠀ Fresh ground pepper ⠀ 1 cucumber ⠀ ⠀ 🍽 INSTRUCTIONS: ⠀ 1. Toss all ingredients (except cucumber) into a food processor or blender. (Or if you would like to do it by hand, mash all the ingredients together with a fork until smooth and creamy. ⠀ 2. Use a mandoline or potato peeler to cut long, thin stripes from the cucumber. ⠀ 3. Take a cucumber stripe and spread a thin coat of the avocado mixture along the length of the cucumber. (A little goes a long way!) Make sum to get some avocado all the way to the end so it will stick the roll together. ⠀ 4. Roll it upl No toothpicks needed. Do the same with the rest of your cucumber stripes. Sprinkle with a little pepper and serve right away. ⠀ 5.
