After her coronation in 1953, the Queen returned to Buckingham Palace with her Maids of Honour. While carrying her train, Lady Jane Vane-Tempest-Stewart tripped and caused the whole train to stop. Luckily the Queen saw the funny side and can be seen smiling at Jane’s tumble!
