Congrats ladies!!!! @nikyatu @risharox ・・・ GREAT NEWS!!!: Something I truly love about my work as a makeup artist are the amazing people I get to work with and the game changing projects I am so blessed to be a part of. I am beyond excited to share this piping hot news: The wickedly talented writer/director, @nikyatu has done it again! Her latest short, Suicide by Sunlight, about melanin protected, daywalking Black vampires and focusing on the hauntingly relatable story of vampiress Valentina (the lovely @iamnataliepaul ), will premiere at Sundance 2019. In true groundbreaking fashion, Jusu’s work turns its gaze on the Black feminine in a way we don’t see enough of. She takes it to another level on this project with an almost all woman crew, that means co-writer R. Shanea Williams, DP @daysezo , Producer @nikknikknikknikk , AD @monypalmieri, Costume Designer @fprebellion , MUA/SFX @risharox , Color @kathraisch, Production Designer @alliemelillo , costar @officiallyalexisnichole VFX and almost any role you can think of...women!!!
