The Malfoy Summer Home 

Location: Dover, England, United Kingdom.  Built: 1730 by the Osbert family.

The Malfoy summer home was gifted to Septimus Malfoy by the the Minister for Magic, Unctuous Osbert for exceptional service to the Wizarding Community in the summer of 1790.  The family was known to retire to the cliffs of Dover and the beloved home every summer for generations. Sometime in the winter of 1995 the deed of the property was transferred from Lucius Malfoy II to his wife Narcissa Malfoy (nee Black), along with several other properties and trusts -- a strategic move. 

After the events of the Second Wizarding War, and Lucius’s imprisonment Narcissa would move into the summer home permanently.
