Signed Death Warrant
Kylo Ren X Reader
Masterlist
A/N: I know I suck I haven't gotten out requests or ships in a while. I'm trying I swear! I'll to get some out soon, but before that happens I thought up this angsty fic for all of you:)💕(Oh and the Tony Fanfiction won the poll, so I’m going to be writing that one first)🖤
Warnings: Anxiety, NON CON, DEPRESSED READER, and Fluffy Kylo/Matt (Is that really a warning though?).
Kylo hadn't even thought about going undercover. He actually had shot down the idea instantly.
Until, you completely shut him out.
He couldn't even get two words out of you without you walking away or telling him it was nothing.
He knew something was up with you, you were never that distant from him. At first he assumed the worst, that you were cheating on him, but when he saw you crying in your shared room he knew it couldn't have been that.
Up to a certain point he had tried to talk to you about million times, but you had kept on shutting him out.
He could feel your distress from halfway across the ship, you were both just linked like that. He just couldn't pinpoint what was going on to make you that way. And as hard as he might, you just wouldn't confide in him.
So he decided he would put on the stupid orange get up and see how long he could get away with it before someone noticed. More importantly before you noticed. You were a very observant person, most things didn't get the best of you.
However, he was hoping that in your current state of distress you wouldn't be able to see through his obvious facade.
Immediately when he walked into the dining hall he noticed you, slouched over, and seeming to be very upset.
He walked to you slowly afraid to scare you.
"Hi, I'm Matt", He said holding out his hand for you to shake.
You wiped away tears from your eyes he hadn't previously noticed, and shook his hand loosely still wet with tears, "I'm Y/N It's nice to meet you."
"Y/N!", Kylo heard someone yell to you you.
He watched as your eyes widened in fear and you let go of his hand, shaking a bit.
He turned to see who it was, an officer no doubt. He thought he remembered the officer's name was Burns, something like that.
All he really wanted to know was what had made you so scared, it made him angry and he had to pinch himself to keep his emotions in check.
You tried to calm yourself from shaking anymore when officer Burns came over.
"Break time is over Y/N, Follow me", He said, then looked over at Kylo and said,"and you get to your station immediately."
Kylo frowned when you turned the corner and he couldn't keep track of you anymore.
He was seething, but he sat down and waited for your return.
1 Week Earlier:
————————————————————————
You were to be delivering news to General Hux of a battle that was supposed to take place within the next 2 days or so.
But when a officer with a higher ranking stopped you and asked you to come look at a malfunctioning camera in the West hall, you thought nothing of it.
Well that is until he forcefully shoved you into a supply closet.
He all, but ripped your pants off, touching you where only your knight should. You tried to scream, but he told you that he would have you discharged if you attempted such again.
Silent tears rolled down your cheeks as he used you.
Afterwards you felt so- so guilty. You couldn't even look your boyfriend in the eyes. It was all your fault and if he found out he would leave you.
This continued for about 3 days before you tried to tell General Hux.
“General, could I speak with you?”, You asked him.
“Yes, but may I inquire into what matter could be important enough to pull me from my duties?”
“This is not a conversation for the public.”
“If it has anything to do with your Emo barbie please leave me out of it, I see enough of him already”, He said with an annoyed tone.
“It doesn’t”, You said through gritted teeth.
You waited for him off to the side until he finally led you to his office.
You told him of what happened with Burns, but he said that you would need more than a he said, she said, accusation to prove his guilt.
You wished he would have believed you, because the next time you saw Burns he knew you had tried to tell on him and he let you have it.
He even gave you a black eye, but thankfully you were able to cover it well enough with makeup to where Kylo didn't notice.
You felt bad that you hadn't told Kylo and you really wanted to, but ever since Hux shut you down you believed that he wouldn't believe you either.
You cried in your shared bedroom almost everyday wishing for something to happen. Praying that you wouldn’t have to see Burns ever again.
But you didn't want Kylo to leave you, and that's exactly what he would do if he found out.
So, you gave him the cold shoulder, shutting him out of your life, shutting everything out of your life.
Present Day:
————————————————————————
Burns led you to your least favorite place in the whole ship.
And started his terrible assault on your body.
You wished for Kylo to come and save you, but you knew that your black cloaked night was off fighting the resistance. He had told you goodbye yesterday letting you know he would be gone for a couple of days.
You didn't care about where he was, you still tried to reach out to him. 'Kylo Help', You thought as loud as you could.
Kylo was still in the dining hall waiting your return when he heard, 'Kylo Help' in his mind. He instantly recognized the voice as yours and rushed to try to find you.
He walked down the hallways looking for you, trying to search for you through the force.
He tossed the wig and his glasses to the side, and pulled his lightsaber from his boot.
He still couldn't find you.
He hit the wall angrily, putting a crack in it.
But that's when he heard a faint scream coming from down the hall, and what sounded like a "Shut Up."
He walked to a supply closet and felt your force through the door.
He swung the door open and what he saw will forever be scarred into his brain.
You were crying, eyes closed, a blooded lip and a black eye gracing your normally intact features.
Burns had his hands all over you.
‘Well now he won’t have hands’, Kylo thought.
“You just signed your death warrant Burns”, Kylo roared, glaring at him harshly and throwing him against a wall a couple times.
You looked up and saw Kylo, wearing an orange jumpsuit, less his mask.
You were suprized to say the least.
Burns dropped to the ground instantly after Kylo let his hold on him go, as if to grovel, but instead had both of his hands chopped off by Kylo’s now ignited lightsaber.
Burns screamed out in pain, causing a couple storm troopers to make their way over.
“Take him to the torture chamber”, Kylo said unwaveringly.
The man screamed and kicked as they dragged him down the hallway.
As soon as he was gone, Kylo was at your side.
He looked at you with a large amount sadness shown in his big brown eyes.
You sighed a heavy sigh and looked down, not wanting to meet his heavy gaze.
“I’m sorry.”
“You’re sorry?.”
“Yes”, You said.
“Don’t be this is my fault if I had been here and was paying more attention to you-“.
“No, but I should have told you.”
“You weren’t able to, I understand that.”
“Just know that nothing will make me leave you, Okay?”, He said a softness gracing his frequently harsh features.
“Ok”, You whispered.
“I’ll always protect you”, He said wrapping his arms around you, and placing a kiss on your forehead.
“I wish I would have told you and not Hux- I just thought that since he was the next highest officer, that he would do something about it”.
“I’m going to kill him”, Kylo muttered.
Let’s just say the ginger never heard the end of it, now having Kylo as his permanent torturer.
And speaking of torture you never heard of officer Burns ever again.

My Definitively Subjective Star Wars Movie Ranking ift.tt/2Orl9R0 It’s an amazi… http://bit.ly/2DSZNJR
My Definitively Subjective Star Wars Movie Ranking ift.tt/2Orl9R0 It’s an amazing time to be a nerd. I’ve found myself thinking and saying that a lot over the last several years. I’ve alwaysbeen a nerd – Star Wars Lord of the Rings Harry Potter Monty Python DC Marvel and everything in between. I remember sitting in elementary school having Star Wars trivia contests with my friends. Who was Luke’s childhood best friend? What was the name of the droid Uncle Owen almost bought instead of R2-D2? That sort of thing. When I was home sick as a kid I wore out our Star Wars trilogy VHS tapes. And yes Han shot first. I have LOVED the onslaught of new Star Wars movies. They should have waited to release Solo until this holiday season but whatever. I am definitely not one of thoseStar Wars “fans” who nitpick every little thing and boycottthe movies. I will have opening night tickets to every single Star Wars movie and will see it multiple times in theater. Is every Star Wars movie a masterpiece? No not by a long shot. But each movie has something I can really appreciate for what it’s worth. And I just want to say….if you only really like 2 out of 10 movies then you aren’t truly a Star Wars fan. So without further ado here is my Definitively Subjective Star Wars Movie Ranking. 1. Star Wars: Episode V – The Empire Strikes Back Rarely in the world of cinema is a sequel better than the first. Empire is a near-perfect follow-up to the surprise worldwide phenomenon. We thought that after the destruction of the Death Star the rebels would have the Empire up against the ropes. But the opposite ends up being the case. The scrappy rebellion is still fighting for survival against the galactic war machine helmed by Darth Vader. In a masterful piece of story telling the good guys don’t win the day. The plot is full of betrayals backstabbing double crossing love jealousy and “defeat snatched from the jaws of victory.” I mean it doesn’t get any more Star Wars than this installment. It has the most-quoted lines (“No! I am your father.”) and the most iconic imagery (AT-ATs carbonite light saber duels and Yoda). The Empire Strikes Back is what every movie sequel strives to be. 2. Star Wars: Episode IV – A New Hope The indie movie that became a global cultural phenomenon was ahead of its time in many ways. It’s a traditional “hero’s journey” movie that has been copied time and time again – because it works. I will forever be loyal to this movie that introduced us to Luke Han Chewbacca Leia Obi-Wan C-3PO R2-D2 and Darth Vader. For a 1970s sci-fi movie made on a shoe-string budget with practical effects and first-time actors this movie still holds up surprisingly well 40 years later. This is where it gets a bit more controversial and subjective….. 3. Star Wars: Episode VII – The Force Awakens The characters plot action and humor of The Force Awakens make this one of the most rewatchable installments in the saga. Yes it has a lot of similarities to the original. Yes Kylo Ren is an angsty emo kid. Yes SPOILERS Han Solo dies. But The Force Awakens recaptures the feel and magic of the original trilogy. I absolutely love Rey and Poe and BB-8 and Finn. 4. Rogue One: A Star Wars Story The first non-saga movie was a pleasant surprise. I appreciate everything it was trying to do. Yeah you could say it was a whole movie just to fill a plot hole in the original. But it was more than that. It made the Empire worth fearing. It established the original trilogy within the galaxy ruled under the tyrannical fist of the Empire. Rogue One also shows the moral ambiguity of the rebellion at times. And come on – that last 90 seconds with Darth Vader was one of the best scenes in the entirety of Star Wars. 5. Star Wars: Episode VI – Return of the Jedi I’ve gotta say that when I was a kid this was my favorite. I loved the scenes in Jabba’s palace. I loved the Ewoks. I loved the speeder bikes and the space battle. I loved the duel between Luke and Vader at the end with the redemption of Vader. But when I watch it as an adult I realize how much this movie was targeted to kids. It could have been a lot darker and grittier following ESB. But they played it safe in order to sell more toys – which totally worked. I only hope the newest trilogy doesn’t follow the same path with Episode IX. 6. Star Wars: Episode VIII – The Last Jedi This movie took a lot of risks. The “fans” complained that The Force Awakens was too much like the originals so The Last Jedi tried to break away from the common tropes and expectations of the originals – and the “fans” complained again. I thought it worked really well on many levels. It was a very meta movie telling you the whole time what it was doing – “Let the past die…” “This is not going to go the way you think…” Kylo Ren and Rey both came into their own. They can no longer rely on the past to lead them into the future. I think that says something about Star Wars over all. The Last Jedi has one of the coolest light saber battles one of the most visually stunning space battle scenes and Yoda! It would be higher on my list but it’s not quite as rewatchable as others. 7. Star Wars: Episode III – Revenge of the Sith Revenge of the Sith had the darkness and the grittiness that I wish Return of the Jedi would have had. RotS however almost goes toodark. But it captures the transformation of Anakin to Vader in a visceral way. Obi Wan is the hero of the prequels. As unbelievable as Anakin and Obi Wan’s friendship seems at some points because of bad acting/writing when things fall apart you feelit. That final duel between them is haunting. Full disclosure I’ve seen Revenge of the Sith fewer times than any other movie on this list. 8. Solo: A Star Wars Story I really enjoyed Solo. It was a fun campy action-packed heist movie. Think Italian Jobin space. Was it entirely necessary? No. But I’m glad it’s here. Like Rogue One Solo establishes the Empire as a force to be feared and the rebellion as a fledgling grassroots resistance movement. The actor playing Han offered a surprisingly convincing portrayal of the character. Lando was spot-on. I loved seeing the fresh new Millennium Falcon pull of the Kessel Run. And when Maul appeared on screen there was an audible gasp throughout the theater. There’s SO MUCH they could do with the Maul storyline…if they ever do another “Star Wars Story.” 9. Star Wars: Episode I – The Phantom Menace THE BAD:the writing the politics (Trade Federation? Are you kidding?) goofy battle droids naked C-3PO midichlorians and Jar. Jar. Binks. THE GOOD: the worlds Qui Gon Jinn and Obi Wan Kinobi Darth Maul with the double-bladed lightsaber the BEST light saber duel in all of Star Wars the pod race expanding the Jedi/Force lore 10. Star Wars: Episode II – Attack of the Clones I’ve tried rewatching this a few time recently and get the same feeling each time: Bored. I forgot how much of this movie involves slowly walking and talking. There’s action at the beginning and in the last 30 minutes. The rest is just slow and/or annoying. There is absolutely no chemistry between Anakin and Padme. Obi Wan’s skills are wasted. The main villain Count Dooku is completely dull and forgettable. If anything this movie feels like an introduction to the Clone Wars animated series – which I think is better than Attack of the Clones. How does your list compare? I know this is a pretty controversial subject among nerds but I’d love to hear from you. For comparison’s sake here are the Star Wars movies ranked by Tomatometer Score: 1. The Empire Strikes Back (95%) 2. The Force Awakens (93%) 3. A New Hope (93%) 4. The Last Jedi (91%) 5. Rogue One (84%) 6. Return of the Jedi (80%) 7. Revenge of the Sith (79%) 8. Solo (70%) 9. Attack of the Clones (66%) 10. The Phantom Menace (55%)

Note
can i ask ur thoughts about tlj? i'm curious
Under the cut cause spoilers
The first time I saw it I left the theater not even sure if I liked because so much happened I couldn’t process it. But after seeing it a second (and third time) I’ve got a grasp on it now.
Overall, I really liked it. I think it does a good job balancing old stuff while trying to severe ties with the past and create something new. The cinematography was beautiful and the space battles and effects seemed a lot better in this one. Especially when Holdo crashed through the first empire ship. Wow. Music was also pretty solid thank you John Williams.
Luke: Mark Hamill was amazing in this movie. I was blown away by his performance. I know he wasn’t thrilled with Luke’s story line but he still managed to kill it. I’ve read a lot of reviews by adults who say Luke becoming disillusioned with the world and wanting to just give up is pretty accurate for growing up, and the only thing I disagree with is that I don’t think Luke would ever have it in him to consider killing Ben. This was the person who literally never gave up on Vader despite his horrendous crimes and the fact Vader tried to kill him multiple times. And then Ben is vaguely dark/emo/angsty and Luke’s first instinct is to kill him? I don’t buy that. But everything else about his story line I liked, and him dying while watching the sunset after coming to peace with everything made me cry.
Leia: RIP Carrie Fisher. She was also amazing in this and I was happy to hear she wrote most of her lines including the reunion scene between her and Luke. I’m happy the movie showed Leia was equally as force sensitive as Luke and that she is essentially a mother figure to Poe.
Kylo Ren: Adam Driver deserves all the awards. I don’t know how he is able to capture all of Ren’s complexities, but he does. I really really liked Kylo Ren after this movie, because he was even more complex in this one than TFA. The scene where he can’t bring himself to shoot Leia really hit me and was one of my favorite moments from the whole movie. It’s really interesting to see his relationship with Rey develop; it’s obvious they are two sides of the same coin. I love the scene where he kills Snoke just because it echoes the scene from Return of the Jedi, which is my all time favorite. I love that he turns back into a whiny brat after Rey rejects him because he thinks the visions really were conceived by Snoke, only to realize he messed up with the last force vision. It’s obvious that IF he is going to get a redemption arc, it’s going to have to be because he wants to save himself. If Han, Luke, Leia, or Rey can’t get him to turn, no one can. So if Ben Solo is going to truly come back and be redeemed, it’s going to have to be because Ben Solo saves himself.
Rey: I was impressed with Daisy but not blown away. I would say her performance was at the same level as TFA, but not better. But also not worse. I’m really interested to see where her arc goes in the next one, and hopefully she doesn’t listen to Kylo and she realizes she IS somebody, even if her parents were nobodies. She’s Rey and she’s perfect. My favorite moment of hers was when she legit reaches out with her hand and Luke tricks her with a plant that it’s the force, and when she lifts the rocks to save everybody. So precious. I’m not disappointed with her parents being nobodies, I think that sends a good message that it doesn’t matter if she isn’t related to anybody, she’s special on her own. Though part of me feels like it could not be true, or maybe her grandparents or important, who knows.
Poe: I wanna make out with Oscar Isaac. Bad. The first time I saw this movie I didn’t like his arc that much and he came across as a bit of an asshole, but now I appreciate it because it shows he has a lot to learn, but can learn and use life lessons to make good decisions in the future. Also he’s gay for Finn. And I’m glad they moved the cut scene with meeting Rey from TFA to this one so we could see them interacting.
Finn: Sigh. John Boyega is so good and I like Finn as a character, but he definitely had the weakest story line. I loved his interactions with Poe and Rey, but hated everything with Rose. It just felt so forced and unnecessary. The Canto Bight scenes dragged on for me. I’m glad he got to confront Phasma and also step up from being someone who is always running away to someone willing to put his life on the line, but that’s about it.
Rose: I went into the movie wanting to like her because Kelly Marie Tran seems awesome, but I just didn’t. I think she did the best with what she had, but a lot of her lines came across as forced to me. Which is probably the writing and not her. Honestly, I feel like her saving Finn would have been more impactful if she had died. And that kiss was super weak and awkward. The second time I saw it some little boy sitting behind me went “ew” so I know I’m not the only one who thinks that.
Other thoughts
Still love the dynamic between Hux and Kylo
The porgs actually weren’t annoying and the fish ladies on the island were precious.
I didn’t like Holdo that much the first or second time I saw it but did the third.
I wish Chewie could have played a bigger role
Halfway through when I saw it the first time I started really missing Han Solo and got real sad for a few minutes
