Well.

As of today, it's officially been a year since my grandpa passed away. Feels strange. It's like just any other day, but.

Not.

Won't lie, I'm glad I'm flying out tonight to stay with some out of town friends for a bit. Think it'll help distract from the day.

And the fact that where my office now is is also the same room he died in. A morbid comfort, of sorts.

I don't have really any socials other than this. And even then, I probably wouldn't write some long memorial type post that feels standard for days like this. So, to the void of Tumblr, here's to my grandpa. An amazing man taken far too soon.

Think I'll get him a coffee today. Put it on his altar.
