Yeah! Kris's world has plenty of humans and they are a perfectly normal thing, albeit with some funny lore surrounding them

De Ja Vu || Alexis + Kristoffer

The morning started off fairly normal for Kristopher, having reported in SHIELD headquarters and assigned one of the high risk retrieval missions. It was something that he not only welcomed, but enjoyed. He loved being on field, away from all the pencil pushing tasks that being an agent had to do but was masked by the glamour brought about by their actual tasks. At least now, he was able to stretch his legs and put his own skills to good use.

Of course, being shocked by a hundred volts of energy was something he should have expected from quickly grabbing the Asgardian artifact as he broke into a run, avoiding his apprehenders. What he didn't expect was being shot at in the leg as he swerved out of the corner and back into the SHIELD vehicle. It all happened so fast, that the images around him soon became blurs and the cool airconditioning that met the warm blood soaking up his pants soon felt like a vague dream.

When he woke up again, he was in the presence of a vaguely familiar doctor. "I'm not dead, am I?" he asked as his vision slowly blurred into focus, flashing a forced smile, resisting some lame pick up line about seeing an angel. He sure felt dead, though. "Where am I?" he asked once more, sitting up from the bed.

Okay now I'm curious

I don't know if you've answered this before, but why *are* there both sentient and completely animal-like animals in the krisverse?

(that said though I do think it makes sense to have world building wise, even if just to avoid the "who's being eaten/milked" discussion every time non-plant food shows up)

I can't remember if I have or not??? But regular animals in the krisiverse serve the same purpose as they do irl in nature, and provide food for people! They are treated a LOT better in the krisiverse though, and most people view them with respect. Food bred animals are especially treated well since they provide important nourishment for everyone! As for the lore, a looong time ago, before even humans showed up, there were only regular animals. At some point though, some of the animals were "blessed by the spirits" and given a choice. Those who wanted to, "evolved" to gain sapience, and their more anthropomorphic looks, while the rest stayed as they are. I'm still muddy on the specific details tbh but I feel like that works well enough for what I need in Kris's story, since honestly it doesn't really come up lol

Where does Flanoir fit in the greater Krisverse?

She lives up north in a port town that is the northernmost town in the krisiverse! its a really important place because a lot of the worlds trade relies on the place, and Flanoir helps bring in money to the town as well with her singing bringing in crowds in the warmer months! She also likes to go on tour occasionally, and travels around all over the globe.. so she's pretty popular!

Kris!!! She has inhuman strength, tho its kinda situational and tied to emotions... I just want her to be able to punch really hard and break buildings and shit if she wanted to

worlds where both humans and furries (and whatever else) exist at the same time are fun but can i ask what the lore behind krisverse humans is? if it's not too difficult to explain that is

ITS NOT TOO DIFFICULT NO! so basically humans aren't native to the krisiverse, and migrated to the planet in antiquity to escape destruction. They brought a lot of stuff with them as well as their unique cultures, habits, (the fucking moon) and stuff like that. Basically, it's a way to explain why stuff like Christmas or Mexican food exists in Kris's world lmao. Anyway, all of this was so long ago that no one really believes it much or even cares about it, except for human culture fanatics (Kris's mom) and "humans came from space!" is mostly just a funny old timey saying like "the moon is made of cheese"
